Upon actually physically going to this office and meeting with the person I had selected to meet I then learn that this person will not help me due to the minimum requirements. Rather that I would get passed on to another associate who quite frankly is not even old enough to remember the 2008 crash. However, I decided to give him a chance. And made an appointment via Zoom for the following day. I got on the Zoom call and he was late and after four minutes I dropped off from the call. I have no idea why these people think that being late for an appointment with a potential client was a good idea. I have no idea why being late is even an option without providing any kind of notice to a potential client. Well, I do understand that they have base pays and the rest as far as cash, bonus or short-term incentive are probably based on some type of sales goals. This is a classic very simple example of how to lose a client in less than 48 hours.

This is my go to Fifth Third location because it's right next to my office building and less than…read more10 minutes from my home. Most of the time, waits are short and workers are fast & efficient. The most annoying thing about this location is the ATM. They constantly are having ATM issues. They went from two ancient drive thru ATMs to two super modern ones. Awesome, I thought, now I can deposit checks and cash easily! Well, they now are down to just one and even that one is closed a lot of the time because of issues. It's out of envelopes a lot for deposits and just overall is still not that great. It can never read checks I try to deposit!!! I always have to drive over to Chase and deposit it there then. The Chase ATMs have NEVER failed at reading my check deposits. Fifth Third has failed 4 of 5 times! The second most annoying thing about this location is the parking. It's in a building with many offices and there is no quick way to park, get in and get out. It's a whole ordeal which is very annoying. All in all, I wish there was a better alternative but there just isn't! The workers are all very friendly, helpful and capable 95% of the time.
