I've been investing with Roger for over 10 years and the portfolio has consistently met objectives. Edward Jones is one of the most conservative investment houses helping you sleep better not worrying about stability. Roger is very personable and talks through complicated financial concepts in clear and relatable ways so you understand what has happened or might happen in the future. Highly recommended!!

The store manager, John was nothing more than a joy to be around. He didn't only have the knowledge, but never laid on any pressure and was always patient with our indecisions. After purchasing the initial visit, we came back 1 month before our wedding to make exchange. I was a bit nervous coming in for this decision but the rest of the staff was unbelievably welcoming and John once again was so understanding and accommodating. Our purchase was more than just about the rings. It was about how we felt about the purchase. Both times my fiancée walked away with tears of pure joy. Several times she cried in the store. I pray this company supercedes expectations. It deserves every drop of success just because of the way they treat their customers. We are 100% happy with our experience and will be back for more. Thank you a million times over.

I've been banking at the same physical bank since I was born, literally. My parents just switched…read moretheir accounts as new banks took over the space, so when I was finally in charge of my own finances, I decided to just do the same thing (if it ain't broke, don't fix it). For the last 10+ years, that space has been occupied by Fifth Third Bank, and although I haven't always been the happiest with the company itself, tradition is tradition, so I persisted. Even after moving out of my parents' house and getting married, I've stuck with Fifth Third Bank. -Until now, that is- I just received a letter from Fifth Third Bank informing me that they are consolidating their 12 checking account offerings into 5. That's not what bothers me. What bothers me is that there is a monthly maintenance fee associated with each account, even the one that's solely online. A.) This is my "just in case"/"rainy day fund"/"losing my mind & I need to shop" money, so I don't normally keep a very high balance. B.) I refuse to give my business to a bank that charges me for "maintaining" my account (aka being a glorified mattress). The Schaumburg location is somewhat convenient for me because it's located close to my job, and it has become my go-to branch whenever I need to add extra funds to my account or pull out a couple bucks. The service is sort of slow, but it meets my menial needs, so in the past I've dealt with it. In light of the new policy changes, however, I will be taking my money and my automatic deposits elsewhere, to a bank that isn't charging me a holding fee.

I took out $ from my retirement fund, it's the same company I get a bi-weekly ACH deposit from - didn't matter. I didn't take it out because I wanted to, I NEEDED to! Didn't matter. It's the ATM system generated hold. WHAT? No humans involved? No one can help? Bankers advice? Take out a personal loan or $ from my 401k! Lol. I'll be closing my account ASAP
