When called back by the General Contractor to fix the errors, they were rude to the point that other contractors on site were apologizing for their behavior. GC called them back in to clean up their trash and apologized for them again. They just lost not only my additional job, but any further jobs from this GC.

I would give House Dr of Littleton zero stars if I could. They did the absolute least - and the…read moreresults have been appalling! The solar lighting they installed on my garden boxes stopped working in less than six months -- completely useless. The garden boxes the installed are already swelling and I will undoubtedly have to pay a FAR MORE reputable company to undo the MESS that House Dr of Littleton created! They also had to reinstall my outdoor fan, which fell again less than two months after they left, because they apparently thought drilling 3" screws into a plastic outlet box would hold it. This is nothing short of reckless and unprofessional. To make things worse, they tried to bully me into paying an extra $13,000 without any explanation or justification. One of their employees showed up consistently high and, bafflingly, felt confident enough to leave me with weed of his own! The entire experience has been a nightmare of half-assed work, unprofessional behavior, and blatant disrespect. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this sham of a business. They are a complete waste of time, money, and patience. Carefully consider your involvement with this company!

Outside, we had them install a ceiling fan, hand rails for steps, and paint our concrete pad and under house doors, and all were completed professionally and with quality workmanship. Inside they have installed a whole wall of blackout curtains, sealed our double doors that were leaking at the front door, re-caulked around the baseboards and tub in the bathroom, and finally repaired the running board on our treadmill! They are honest, show up on time, clean up the work site, and are experts at what they do. We highly recommend them, they'll exceed your expectations!
