Welcome to "Adventure Living: The Saga" - less an apartment complex and more an immersive survival…read moreexperience. If you've ever wondered what it's like to live inside a bowling alley during league night - while a live WWE SmackDown takes place directly above your head -- this is your place. The upstairs neighbors appear to be training for both sports simultaneously, around the clock. Sleep is more of a suggestion than a lifestyle. The AC provides the soothing background ambiance of a small airport runway. Outside, the patio doubles as a surprise obstacle course, thanks to generous contributions from the upstairs dog. The pool area has evolved into a competitive DJ arena, where multiple playlists battle for dominance while mosquitoes and gnats circle like they're collecting rent too. Sunlight is a myth. Rain turns the gutters into Niagara Falls: Apartment Edition, complete with heroic puddle-jumping opportunities. Inside, mold makes occasional guest appearances, trash piles up like modern art, and maintenance expresses their creativity through dramatic ceiling cutouts while chasing leaks that seem to be winning. And when your lease ends? Your security deposit performs a stunning disappearing act - Houdini would be proud. Bottom line: constant noise, pests, water and maintenance issues, little natural light, and our deposit was not returned despite honoring the lease. If you're looking for peace, quiet, and comfort - this is not it. If you're looking for chaos, character building, and a daily test of emotional resilience... welcome home.

TERRIBLE! Stay away from here. All they care about is money. There was a new person working there…read moreevery time we called which was often since there seemed to be an issue all the time. Also good luck getting a hold of someone they don't answer their phones and leave the office early. Example 1 bathroom ceiling started leaking called the emergency line since it was not during office hours (no answer), they called back asked if we called maintenance. Had to explain to the employee that it was not during office hours no one was there and the ceiling leaking seemed like a "fix it now" problem. Example 2 No prior notice given and would just enter the apartment. Example 3 If something was broken and needed fixing they would find a way to make it your fault, then not fix it and tell you to pay for it. Now that we are trying to rent somewhere else, they have lied on forms asking about our rental history (which I have proof) and compromising any future housing we are considering. NEVER RENT WITH THEM!!!!

THESE PPL ARE CRIMINALS! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more Charged me 2 month's rent for not giving notice even though they still accepted my money from the portal. Had to leave in a hurry because my car was stolen and I no longer felt safe living on Spring Creek Ave. I asked for more time to clean the place properly but the property manager told me don't worry about it and they have cleaning crews. Ended up charging me an extra $1300 for minimal dirt and wear and tear which included $150 for a dirty fridge and $600 to repaint the place for a few small holes left from a tv mount. I know they're gonna pay someone $150 to come clean the place and pocket close to an extra $1000 from me. Charged me $150 for dirty cabinets still trying to figure that one out. I'll spare you the details of how poor communication and maintenance response times were. Hands down the worst renting experience I've ever had.

Management is useless including their corporate management. They have fired two managers in the short 8 months I have lived here. If you have a maintenance issue, you better be able to fix it yourself. Had a broken furnace for 3 months. I had to contact corporate to get it fixed. Downstairs bathroom would not flush. Management told me that City Code only requires one working bathroom per unit. The exterior of the building is literally falling apart. The siding it literally falling off. The balconies and patios are rotten and falling apart. The property is filthy. You literally can't walk on any of the grass without tiptoing through dog shit. It's literally like a mild field. And management does nothing. You can have a pet for free, so if you want to let your dog shit anywhere and leave it, this is your place. And feel free to tie your dog up to your balcony or around one of the post. Management doesn't care. If you have kids, they can play anywhere and leave all their trash and broken pieces of furniture that they can find scattered all over the conplex. They can play with junk for months because management want clean it up. The trash compactor stays broken but don't worry. Just set your trash on your porch or balcony and let it pile up. Don't worry when the squirrels tear the bogs open and scarier your garbage all over the property. You want be the one cleaning it up and neither will management. Toss your cigarettes butt s anywhere you want and drop your teach anywhere you want. If you like living in filth, this is your place.

Except the heating & cooling. It's FREEZING downstairs. The downstairs would be at 62 degrees then the second and third level would be at 75+ (we bought a thermostat to test). I was lucky and knew the 3 people I was moving in with. So was a pretty decent experience. But if you don't know who you're moving in with then it's a gamble. I did end up asking to move to a one bedroom. They were very quick and let me transfer over within a couple weeks. They did wave the fee to transfer due to the one bedroom being dirty when I moved in. (Did not bother me since I moved quickly and waived fee). The one bedroom is PERFECT for one person. I'm very impressed with it personally. I'm used to big cities and this has everything plus compared to what I'm used to. The gym is very plain and basic sadly. But is 24hrs which is nice. I'm very happy with my experience so far. EXCEPT THE DOG POOP. It's EVERYWHERE! I can't walk through the grass or even sometimes on the concrete. I'm not exaggerating! They do have doggie sanitation stands. But no one uses them. I've witnessed several people just leaving their dogs poop with out a care. I haven't heard or received anything enforcing to do otherwise. It's just gross. I would've given 5 star but the poop everywhere is just disgusting and smells.

DO NOT RENT FROM SAM AT AIRBNB. Please note - Airbnb is supressing negative reviews…read more The very first communication was that the door does not lock from the outside. That was never rectified during my month long stay. Then, I headed out to go grocery shopping for the week. I came back to find that there were no kitchen basics in the kitchen. Sure there were a couple plates and forks, but not a pot. Not a pan. Not a baking sheet. Not a cutting board, not a can opener, you get the point I stay at airbnbs because of the ability to cook for myself. Not sure what to do, I took myself out to dinner. I descided to go to the store to see if I could get some kitchen basics. Descided I could spend about $100.00 and it would just add $25.00 to my groocery budgert every week. If I didn't do that I would have wasted the groceries I already bought and that would have cost me more. I was able to do buy the basics and was very happy with my purchases. I removed all the lables and stuck them through the dishwasher and as you know the dishwasher backed up into the the sink and overflowed into the other sink. What I discovered is that the garbage disposal was broken as well as the drain clogged. But mainenance already knew that and mearly unplugged the garbage disposal rather than repairing the problem. I called and asked for maintenance as the sink was clogged and reminded you that no one came to repair the door lock. Neither of these items were fixed for the remainder of my trip. Dirty dishwater smells rank cooking in the Kentucky heat. I did not want to make coffee in the kitchen any longer as it smelled like sewer. There's roaches in the kitchen The bathroom sink was also clogged making only the shower functional. The shower was handicapped accessable, which I applaud, but nothing was done to keep the water in the shower. Quick learning curve on my part after the first shower I learned that if you are not holding the shower head when you turn on the shower it would wind up on the bathroom floor. I soaked up all the water from the bathroom floor and then realized this has been done so many times before that when you step on the bathroom floor planks the water would seep up in the seams of the planks. There was trash all over the complex and walking too and from the apartments often smelled like excrement. I at first thought it was people not taking care of their pets, but after looking around this was not the case. So there is some kind of sewer/septic issue. Prices here are high for rent (even short term) in Bowling Green and I was happy to pay a premium for a premium experience. Unfortunately, there's too much delayed maintenance and that is not what I got. My security and sanitation should be the highest issues.
