Its the same thing every year. That said, there's a scheduling system that gives you an appointment time but unfortunately H&R Block doesn't honor appointments, they just make you wait. What makes it worst, is they don't even tell you how long the wait is. They just tell you to wait for an undetermined amount of time. Very annoying and frustrating.
