Just came for some papers and the day before when I came and called then Jenny said come back between 10:00 to 11:00 and when I came and called she was rude telling me ohh it's not 11:00 and I was here at 10:14 I came between the time she said and can't get my papers ready for pick up, it wasn't work all I ask for was to get my file back that I give her.
