I did a google search for photographers and reached out to a few. I couldn't be happier we chose Kelly Jacobi Photography. The only time the whole family would be in town was around Christmas--Kelly did our session December 23!! and had some sneak peak images ready on Christmas Day!! Yes she worked the holiday so would have a few shots to look at, knowing we were excited to see them! I think this sums her up: caring, hard working and client focused!! She did an in-home causal session capturing my parents with their grandchildren perfectly! Some of everyone just having fun and some more formal of the whole group but the whole session was very relaxed and fun. Even with a 1 year old, and a 4 year old who pinched his hand and cried for twenty minutes. She handled it all beautifully! Even got my older brother, who hates having his picture taken to be very natural and real!! Kelly fit us in during the holidays, took the time to ask what we wanted in our session before the day and on the shoot day made everyone relaxed and captured our family love, laughter and closeness! Her turnaround was as she told us, her pricing very reasonable and most importantly the final products and photos are gorgeous and will be cherished by all of us for generations! From the beginning she comes off extremely helpful and accommodating. If you choose to hire her, please be very conscientious of what you agree to (whether it's in the contract or not) because she will hold you to it and not allow you to change your mind with ANY details. Her decor is outdated, and just because I did not tell her this in our initial meeting, she refused to hear our requests to take things down (mind you, these were things that did NOT make her job any more difficult). When asked by both my wedding planners (whom she refused to even speak to), my mom, my step mom, my husband's mom, my matron of honor, and countless bridesmaids, to remove the decor that did not match our theme for our event, she refused and was mean, rude, and downright terrible to all of the most important people in my life. My family and bridesmaids had to spend most of Friday and Saturday trying to plead with her to make the decor and bar changes that we wanted. She only responded to me with "Well there's a difference between a bartending service and a bartender." At 11pm, on the day of our wedding, she decides to tell my husband that she is charging us for "damages" to her equipment that was mysteriously packed away already. I can't even begin to tell you how terrible she was to work with and how incredibly discouraging it was to worry about something as silly as decor on my wedding day. She cares more about her pride than making her customers happy which is so very sad and I have no idea how she's still in business. She does not work well collaborating with other vendors so please don't book her for your wedding. Do not book her for any event other than a low-key event otherwise she will find a way to disappoint you.

If I knew how to give 0 stars I would. I was at a wedding in Waupaca this last weekend where Bob Holl Entertainment was providing the reception entertainment. Bob Holl was the DJ. Through his unprofessionalism and irrational behavior, he single handedly ruined the wedding reception. He was extremely inflexible with regards to the Bride's request, he was not willing to take music requests, he threatened guests over the microphone that were in his opinion dancing "too close" to his speakers. He made the bride cry on two separate occasions that I witnessed. He did not even allow the bouquet and garter toss. Conversations Bob Holl had with the guests became more and more irrational as the night progressed. He was unable to relate to the crowd and to top it off, he packed up his equipment at 10:30 and shut down the party an hour and a half earlier than he was contracted... The reception was intended to go to 12:00. When confronted about his early exit, he started citing irrelevant points within his contract and he even went as far as threatening the individuals that were questioning his actions. Looking back on it and his growing inflexibility throughout the night, it was apparent that he had a premeditated agenda to close down the party early and evident that this has likely occurred in the past.
