I was driving behind a red Travel Net Transit vehicle early this morning merging into the 11S…read morehighway in Youngstown Ohio. The vehicle was driving extremely slow on the on ramp and we both almost got side swiped by a semi truck. I went around the vehicle once it was safe to and then the driver of the Travel Net Transit vehicle sped up to pass me. Once the driver passed me he cut right in front of me without a turn signal and proceeded to stick his hand out the driver side window where the driver proceeded to flip me off. I was going 65 mph and this driver was going faster than me. I merged onto the Canfield Oh exit and the driver went straight going towards the turnpike/Cleveland area. Teach your drivers better on how to handle traffic.
