I wandered the building for quite a while before I found the bookstore. University bookstores have evolved into more of an emporium for branded merchandise, which this store has in abundance. There's also a nice selection of books, some stationary supplies, and a space selling tech-related equipment. There's even an architecturally impressive multiple story open room that's also a nice study space. I got exactly what I wanted and the owner was very helpful in helping me design my custom shirt. Once we got everything laid out, I took off to get lunch expecting to wait awhile. I didn't even have time to eat. He called me right after I ordered so I had to get my food to go. The shirt came out great and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. It seems like he gets customer service and the fact that treating people right gets you more in the long run. So many places now treat you as an insignificant nobody if you aren't ordering large quantities of something. I was told that I would have to wait ten days to process the check. Because they were still holding my check, I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was given a number on the back of the receipt and put on hold for more about 30 minutes. No one ever came on the line. The store would not give me a credit, accept the shoes and agree to send me a check. Zip. Nada. I have to come back personally in ten days with the shoes and the receipt and I live out of town!!
