I returned the jacket and let them refund her credit card. She then sent the credit to me and I held it until this year. I looked on line and saw some very nice NEW items so I placed my order using the XL size from last year. This time the jacket was floating on me and was way too big. I called customer service on Tuesday, returned the jacket on Wednesday and had my new jacket (size Large) by Friday. This thing is absolutely gorgeous and I am totally pleased with the quality. Wife has a pair of quality leather sandals that needed straps repaired and it was done, professionally, without any issues. They also have quite a selection of shoe laces. A minor point but shoe laces are hard to find and harder to find a selection of options. This is a family operation and so is the atmosphere. They know their trade, so do not hesitate to come in.
