Please don't get me wrong, I appreciated the kind responses to my inquiry and was happy Sam was able to accommodate me on short (3-day notice) and make me look great. Curiously, when I went to book online Sam was not an available option with whom I could book an appointment. I hope the person responsible for the portal will ensure they can schedule time with him.
