The space is large enough for every child to have their own space to practice the sport of the day. Just had our son's 6th birthday party here. Everything was set up when we arrived about 15 minutes before party time, and cute, even with personalized wall decor with our son's name! The coaches were awesome and even kept some of the rowdy kids in line during pizza and cake time. They all had a blast and the activities were great. Totally recommend for parties! What a totally fun place. There were 2 "coaches" for the class and it was obvious that they enjoyed working with children. We were there on basketball day and the sport rotates each class period. There is also a room for birthday parties. Cubbies provided to stash shoes and jackets and whatnots. Great place to learn the different sports and find out the child's interest and ability and maybe focus on that sport. Constant activity with no down time. Classes fill quickly. read more

My kids (ages 5 and 3) have been attending classes and the summer camps for about 4 years now. We love this place so much that we had our son's third birthday party there. It was an absolute blast! We have been so happy over the years with the facility and all of the staff. They are friendly, engaging, and truly caring about the kids and their overall enjoyment. The programs are perfectly geared to their young participants, and it is a great place for them to have loads of fun experiencing all different kinds of sport. Having just had another little one, we are so excited to be continuing our attendance at this wonderful facility. The inner athlete has consistently been our favorite weekly activity. As a veteran teacher of physical education and health I am soooooooooo impressed by The Inner Athlete's classes, sports, skill breakdown, motor skill activities and their AMAZING summer camp. Not only are the coaches certified PE teacher during the school year but the owner Lisa is just wonderful and attentive. Thanks to her and her coaches my sons had the best summer ever learning important sport skills and how to be a team players:) they absolutely loved it and would not stop talking about how fun the coaches were! I am blown away by this sports center. My son attended camp at The Inner Athlete. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and all are accredited teachers during the year. Im impressed with the skills and knowledge about sports and teamwork they are learning. The owner is very responsive and communication is great with the company, as leading up to camp I had several exchanges with her. This far exceeded my expectations and made my son's first camp experience super positive and am looking at how The Inner Athlete can fit in our schedule year round. read more

My son started attending the inner athlete when he was three yrs old. As a kid who was behind on his motor skills and was very shy I was very worried about how he would cope with camp. Lisa and her team did such a great job making him comfortable that he loved it and we went on to do not only regular season but also summer camp for the next 3 years. Fast forward to today his little sister now attended camp with her friends and loves it. Lisa and her team truly love the little kids. Our kids, ages three and four, have attended two terms of Saturday morning classes and we couldn't be happier with the coaches and facility. We have one child who thinks it's funny to run away (and is a fast runner) and another who is shy and needs a welcoming environment to participate in group sports/games. The TIA classes serve both their needs, and because the classes are indoors, weather is never an issue. We also had a birthday party here with twelve children. Everything was well organized, the face painter was fantastic and the adults actually got to socialize because the kids were having so much fun playing sports. read more

Can I give the Inner Athlete 10 stars!?!? My 3.5 yr old attended camp this summer at Inner Athlete. As soon as he woke up every morning the first words out of his mouth we're "do I have sports camp today!?!?" He would run to his coaches when we got there and then cry when it was time to leave. Lisa and her team truly love these kids, it shows in their enthusiasm! I love how they emphasized working together, trying new things and sportsmanship. Not only was it a great activity, but he learned a lot about being on a team. We can't wait until next summer!!! read more

We chose the inner athlete for our daughters 3rd birthday party and it was truly a fabulous experience. The staff made the party SO MUCH FUN for the kids! They played 3 sports and had the high energy 3 year olds fully engaged at the park the whole time. The kids had a blast and the parents got to relax and get to know each other while the kids played. I also got to actually enjoy all the special moments as the birthday girl's mom. The staff were fun, sweet and completely on top of the group of 16. The best part was the parachute game where the birthday girl got to go in the middle while all the kiddos made waves for her. She also got a medal at the end. She felt very special! My kids have been going here for many years. They take classes, attend summer camp, and my son had his 5th birthday party here. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the facility as well as the Lisa and her staff. They are professional, accommodating, caring, and wonderful teachers. My kids have learned not only sports skills, but gained confidence and learned teamwork. Their approach to teaching the kids sports and athletic activities is catered to each age group appropriately allowing for the kids to learn and enjoy. Any concerns or issues were handled respectfully and appropriately which I always appreciated. They nurture each kid according to their personality and encourage them to just have fun.
