Awesome place for parties! Shout out to kuya Oseas for being so hands-on. I recommend this place. Very wholesome, spacious and convenient.

Was in Calgary for a family wedding early last month and the hubs and I booked this hotel with our airfare deal thru Expedia. I got mixed feelings from the reviews (Yelp, Google and Expedia), but thought YOLO. Upon arriving, the hotel lobby was smaller then expected, the stairs and stuff, was a bit confusing, I came in thru the parking lot, has to go up some stairs to go to the lobby, only to take stairs to go back down to reach the lobby, I know sounds confusing but that what happened. While we are there, they were going thru some construction, we could kind of heard them, but it wasn't enough to bother us or keep us up. The room we were given that was newly remodeled, you could smell a bit of the paint, but after awhile it goes away. Construction is the hub's family business so of course, he couldn't help himself but to walk around and point at everything that is wrong. For our booking, we got a king size bed located in a smaller room within our 'suite', our 'suite' came with a bathroom with a tub, kitchen with stove top, microwave and coffee maker. The couches felt like hard carpet. Also, we didn't sit on the couches, because when we came in, we saw the couches stored in the parking lot without covers, being exposed to weather and any sorts of small critters seeks a new home. Blow dryer would only be given if requested thru room service. The bathroom space was tight, there were extra light switches that didn't switch anything on. And there are light fixtures that had no light switches. Super random. While showering if you were to close the curtain, it would be SUPER dark, so you would have no choice but to open part of the curtain to allow some light in. Staff was nice, very chill, felt like they were fully trained, took a while to check in and took a longer while to check out. We had bags, we normally would bring in ourselves, but were weren't asked if we needed a bell boy to help us out. For parking, if we didn't tell them that we parked ourselves, I think we might have been able to get away without paying for paying. Another thing I found annoying was other then the lobby elevator having lights indicating that its going up or down, the other ones don't, really weird. Overall, would I come back.. um.. no. So I booked this hotel because of the location and thought that it would be convenient since I was travelling for work. When I boooked,it said that breakfast was included. When I checked in I was told that there was no food service - so no breakfast, no vending machines, no room service. They were undergoing renovation and have been for a year. The hallway seems a little bit creepy because it looks unfinished. The room itself was nicely renovated and was like a little apartment with full kitchen, bedroom, and sitting area. The bathroom was a bit small. What I was concerned about was that there was no safety latch on the door like at other hotels. It was broken. I mentioned it at the front desk but the staff didn't know what I was talking about - saying they don't have them. That made me feel a little uneasy at night. Also, the linens and towels didn't t feel very fresh. The pillows smelled weird and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. There were even footprints on the duvet! Like somebody was standing and walking on the bed. It was ok but I probably would not recommend staying here until the renovations are done. Horrible hotel and staff are dishonest scammers. Staff was in my room taking pictures at 5am when I was asleep in the seperate bedroom. If you are happy with staff taking pics of you and the room while you are in bed asleep this is the hotel for you. They took a picture of an empty pack of cigarettes on my kitchen table and charged me $500 smoking fee. No complaints the the room smelled like smoke, no cigarette mess or ashes in the room, no cleaning bill and no other evidence of smoking other than there was an empty pack of smokes on the table. Oh pardon me, they did email me 7 pics, 6 of my empty pack of smokes, time stamped at 5am and 1 pic super zoomed in on what looks to be a concrete surface with a microscopic piece of ash, time stamped 6 HOURS AFTER THE 1ST 6 PICS? Who takes legit photo evidence and waits 6 hours to take the last pic. The staff refuse to send me a copy of my original contract, won't tell me the managers name and say I can only deal with that nameless manager. When they transfer me to the managers voice mail, it never mentions a name, it just says you have reached the manager, leave a message. I have been calling and leaving messages for a month and zero replies. My credit card company won't accept a disputed charge as it's for smoking, so in this case I am guilty until proven innocent. I travel for business and spend between 4 and 6 months a year in hotels for the last 5 years and have never had a smoking charge..because I DON'T smoke in the room....I'm not stupid. What have I learned, don't stay at hotels that aren't part of a chain as you have ZERO recourse when they treat you poorly and rip you off. Stay at your own peril! read more

This is a GREAT hotel. Amenities were good, location is great! Walking distance from great restaurants and Calgary tower. Rooms were nice and roomy! I would not have known about this place if it wasn't part of our Rocky Mountaineer package. Free and strong wifi! 2 not so good things: Thin walls. Avoid a room by the elevators. Our room was 2308, right next to it. You could hear it going up and down. Luckily the bed rooms weren't right up next to it, but at night it was a loud humming. The parking structure. Its behind the hotel, and there is no lift. If you come with another person, better to drop off your luggage in the front. If you park and carry in your bags, the hallway is very narrow and there are stairs. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Calgary! read more

The hotel is a little run down already, but the rooms are big and clean. They also start to renovate the hotel. It is close to China town and we felt very good and safe. The breakfast buffet was also ok - you get real scrambled eggs, not this instant stuff. Staff is also quite nice and helpful. We arrived at 10.00 am and they allowed us to check in. Parking is $10 per night only. Why no 5 stars? The hotel is a little noise sensitive, you can hear the lift even you are not in a room close by. I have been staying here for three days now with one to go... I have to say I am impressed with the service at every point of my stay. Every dealing I have had with an employee of this hotel has been a positive one!! The room is fantastic with a pretty cool view (34 floor facing North). Lots of room for me to spread out! Of course they have what every hotel has nowadays mini fridge, coffee pot (Starbucks grounds) provided and a microwave. Room service is fantastic and QUICK, basically you put the phone down and they are at the door! The king sized Bed is like sleeping on a cloud. 2 TV's in the room one in the "Living Room" & one in the "Bedroom". Shower and bathroom are little small when compared to the rest of the room but not bad. No office chair at desk! this is a huge deal for me because I actually spend all night staring at a laptop (Posting reviews on Yelp). If your going to cater to business please think that we may have work to do and want to do it comfortably. Also Flat screen TV mounted to the wall?!? Great I love this feature but when I am at my laptop, posting reviews on Yelp, I like to watch TV. The mounted TV doesn't rotate from the wall at all really all they would have had to do is spend an extra few dollars and get a better mount. Internet isn't all that great or reliable and they only provide you with a 3ft cable so you really have no choice but to stare at the wall... I did unplug the network cable from the back of the lamp which enabled be to work at the "Kitchen Table". (Also please note that I didn't call down to the desk to get a longer cable I am sure if I had they would have provided me one) Now, my reason for staying at the International was because I was attending a workshop at the hotel. The snacks & beverages that were provided were fantastic. The only issue I really had was the temperature controls in the room. Granted it is one of those strange times of year in Calgary when everyone is experiencing hot and cold flashes but I swear at times we had both the heat going and the AC at the same time. The second you step into the room it's obvious that this hotel is geared towards business travelers as the rooms have large closets, a desk space and even a complimentary shoe shine kit. Since it was the weekend, we were able to score a decent deal while visiting friends in Calgary. The incentive also included free parking and free wi-fi that was a bit sketchy at times. The room was large and had separate bedroom and living areas. The living area also had ample room to sit and relax, and even a separate eating area with a large table. Not much of a kitchen for a "suite" as it just had a microwave and fridge. The worst part about the rooms is that they have paper thin walls. We heard noise from the hallway and other rooms surrounding us. It sure didn't sound like business people were staying the weekend here because we were awoken at 3AM by two guys talking loudly in the hallway about weed. And this was heard from inside our bedroom! Then at 6AM I don't know what was going on upstairs but there were some people talking extremely loud and running around as we could hear a lot of thumping on the ceiling. This went on for well over an hour. Finally at around 7:30AM we called the front desk to make a complaint. I'm not sure if they did anything but the noise did subside and we were able to get another couple hours of sleep. The check-in and check-out process wasn't particularly welcoming or friendly but it was efficient. The faucet in the bathtub wasn't working great. When the shower was on, water was still coming out from the faucet as well, so only half the water was making it to the showerhead. Good thing the water pressure was decent. While it's nice to have a balcony, I stepped outside to check it out and immediately went back in because it was so dirty. Same goes for the windows... it's easy to tell that they haven't been cleaned in a few years as its condition was extremely dirty. I can tell because my condo in Edmonton hasn't been done in a couple years and this was even worse. Overall, the sleep quality was lacking here. Maybe some bad luck on the surrounding clientele but I don't remember the last time where I could hear so much noise from the hallway and surrounding rooms. Stayed here on a 32 hour layover for work. We arrived late at night & were promptly checked in. The rooms are well appointed suites with a large dining table with 4 chairs, a large couch & 2 arm chairs. A large ottoman doubles as your coffee table. Coffee maker, microwave & a mini fridge with an assortment of juices, Pepsi product soft drinks & bottled water. Bedroom good size with it's own flat screen tv. Workout room is in the basement. Very low ceiling so you feel like you're in a dungeon. Kinda scary if you're working out alone. Fair selection of free weights, 2 treadmills, 2 elliptical machines. Ate a decent steak sandwich in the hotel restaurant. Got it with a side salad. Ordered some sweet potato fries as an appetizer & they were wonderful. Just a few blocks walk to a very large mall with lots of shopping & restaurants. read more

I adore this hotel. The rooms are well furnished. Each room we have stayed in has a living area with a couch, two chairs, table with a lamp, and an ottoman/coffee table situation. Some rooms have two lamps, some do not. You will get over it. There is also a television in the living area. The "kitchen" area has the usual; sink, coffee maker, microwave, fridge. Depending on your room there is usually a table. Either a round 4 seater or a long, more boardroom table. The bedroom is separated with its own doors. It is very spacious and also has its own television. The breakfast is complimentary and serves hot food. You can have potatoes, scrambled eggs, and sausage or bacon with the usual fruit, yogurt, bread fare. The parking is behind the hotel in a secure parkade with access directly to the hotel, in other words, attached. It makes it very easy. The location is very central. There are many places within walking distance, including the C Train. There is a small convenient store just off of the lobby which is open until 10 most nights. Stay here. read more

As the pictures clearly show this suite has space in spades ;) the bed is extremely comfortable, it's clean, pretty quiet. Easy walking distance from Eau Claire Market and the island park too. Booked a room here from Thursday to Monday. When I arrived the front door staff was rude and obnoxious. They informed me that the only room they had was next to the elevator and they are doing renovations. Keep I. Mind I booked this trip months in advance. I asked what time these renovations occur and they told me 9-5 Monday to Friday. At literally 7 Am jackhammering started. In a hotel? Where people pay to sleep?7 Am!? Don't stay here with the renovations occurring it's incredibly loud. Oh and the included continental breakfast wasn't included because of renovations. This place is a joke. read more

I feel very mixed on this one. My room was nice. Spacious. Fairly quiet. Good bed. But, the decor of the entire place is so drab and dated that its ugly. Also, the breakfast is nice, but its in the basement, and I don't like that. Its claustrophobic. The elevators are very slow. The meeting rooms were okay. Service was very good. Room was either hot or cold. We had happy hour in the bar, again, down in a hole in the basement, and the service was so slow, due to one staff member trying to do it all. I think this place could be so much better. I have no idea if it was a good value, as I did not pay the bill. I would think twice about staying here again. read more

They make you feel like a criminal by having you initial that you will check out at 11:00am. The hotel is under renovation. Parking is $31 a night with no valet service. Parking is sketchy inside. Hotel lobby is small and dated. Only a 3 star hotel. Toilet was running. Elevator is fast. Rooms are large though dated. My room had a patio. TVs are a little on the small side. Located right next to Chinatown, the International Hotel is an amazing deal. While the hotel and room are somewhat run down in appearance, if you are looking for a comfortable and safe place to stay at a very reasonable price, his is it. Our room came with a separate master, free wifi, and complimentary full breakfast buffet. For 4 of us around $100 U.S. total, hard deal to beat. We also received a free parking coupon from Expedia. Great little hotel. Do you know that saying,.. don't judge a book by it's cover? Ok, apply that here. The lobby wasn't impressive and the phone in the lobby for enterprise didn't work. But the rooms and overall attentiveness of the staff made this a wonderful stay. I felt like I was in an executive suite at the Hyatt. Great lighting, in the work areas, shower and washroom. Microwave, not that I needed it but I appreciate the option. Various complimentary drinks in the fridge. Great comfy bed, Didn't move an inch throughout the night. All the furniture in the rooms were comfortable. How unusual! I also ordered the 5 spice chicken stir-fry from their restaurant downstairs. It was light but flavorful and not at all oily or greasy. Globe and Mail at the door in the morning, with Starbucks in room and or in Lobby! It's attention to the little things that make me happy. Free Wifi in Lobby but only ethernet in room. =( International Hotel Suites is a great little gem of a hotel for downtown Calgary. I highly recommend it. =) read more

A-OK with me . . . I used to stay here all the time, but about 8 years ago I swore "never again" The hotel was getting old and not aging well. I tried it again this year, and they have renovated the rooms and it's a great place to stay again. I'm in agreement with Derek about this hotel - spacious suites, Two flat screen TVs (one in living room, one in bed room) which do NOT swivel, spotty internet access, and cramped bathroom, but overall a good place to stay. Elevators are tiny and you do end up waiting a lot for them. Swimming pool, hot tub, and gym buried deep in the basement so not particularly nice. Courteous and attentive staff - when I had problems with the toilet not working at 10 PM there was a maintenance person there immediately, and the problem fixed in less than 5 minutes. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Calgary, I expect you'll enjoy your stay. . read more

****UPDATE**** Prehaps there is some truth to dealing with the people at the top. Last night after I posted my review, I sent an email to the General Manager of the Hotel and I must say I have been completely impressed with how he has handled the items below. This morning there was amazing hot water when I showered, and maintenace even looked and, and managed to speed up my internet connection, somethingthing that I wish the people at the desk would have offered to do earlier. I have also been informed that in the near future they will be offering video confernece class in room wifi to all rooms. Given this I have upped my rating and will actually concider staying here again when I am back in the area. *****Original Post**** I have been staying at the International Hotel for 5 nights now and all I can say is NEVER again. The "High Speed" internet downloads somewhere near Dialup, 46kb to be exact, and if you like a hot shower you might want to call the front desk a few hours before you wake up to make sure that someone has lit the pilot light on the water heater because that is something that apparently you have to do here because I have had 2 cold showers so far during my stay. read more

I just came back from a mini vacation in Calgary, Canada. My fiance and are very spontaneous; hence, we rarely make extensive plans and hotel reservations before visiting different places. We do this because we actually like to see where we will be staying, and it makes things a bit more exciting (at least to us). That is, it is exciting when you have a a laptop with internet access to research the different places while you are actually at your vacation destination. This time we did not have our laptop, which made looking for a hotel that much more frustrating. Luckily, my fiance remembered the reviews for the International Hotel on another website. After driving around for a short while, I finally keyed the International Hotel into my GPS. When we arrived at the hotel, I was not impressed with what I saw, for the lobby looked very old. The front desk personnel were very friendly, and when I asked if I could possibly see one of their empty rooms, they pleasantly obliged. Boy, I'm really glad that I did request to see a room because you really cannot tell a book by its cover. Meaning that the rooms were renovated and are mini suites. I immediately booked a room after seeing the nice room, which had a small kitchenette, big dining table with enough chairs for 6 people, lounge/living room area with lounge chairs and a flat screen TV, and a nice king size bedroom with another flat screen TV on the wall. If you enjoy Chinese food, this place is located just a few blocks from Chinatown. I would recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a really nice clean place to stay in the city of Calgary. Unfortunately, we did not have a lot of time to check out the city itself, but we did venture out to Banff and Lake Louise, which is about 2 hours drive from this hotel. read more

Update for recent stay at the end of Feb 2014. The wifi in the hotel has been updated, it's now normal speed, and is free.

Made a same day reservation over the phone, got a confirmation number and told VISA debit is accepted and went through. Never received a charge on the card. Arrived to check in approx 6 hours later, to find our name not in the system. Luckily we had a confirmation code and it was found. (She spelt the name wrong...) Also now being told that they do not accept debit/visa and the staff member was wrong. Give credit card and the preauthorization is done, and informed about the $100 hold fee (standard procedure), and it would be released quickly after check out (another misinformation as it takes up to 5 business days). One key didn't work, the room was ok but didn't have much heat. It's -30 right now and we could have used some, turning the thermostat up didn't work. Toilet flushes 1 out of 5 times. Explaining this to the front desk was useless, they didn't acknowledge what we said about anything just mumbled a quick apology. I don't have high expectations when I hear complimentary continental breakfast, but this was a joke. Wonderbread, a staff member sitting eating and on her phone, Luke warm coffee, small juice cups (the ones with the foil tops, what looked to be raisin bran, but didn't see any milk, green bananas, small apples that tasted like crab apples, lemon loaf, croissants and yogurt. We stayed here once before and it was nice, with a hot Buffet breakfast. Never will come again. The bed this time was very uncomfortable. Used the washroom by the parkade and the water was freezing. Terrible experience!!!! The only reason is got a star is because I can't do less. read more

The room was situated so that the living/den area is separated from the bed, which I like. The bed was fantastic. I think it's one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Gym was nice, though small and in a dingy basement. The hotel is a little dated, but the service and bed were great. read more

Booked at the International as I wanted a trendy, central, boutique hotel. WAS I WRONG! While staying at the hotel: strange and dirty man in the lobby at the time of check in (11 pm), liquor spilled in the elevator, sex workers in the alley behind the building, a used condom in the hallway (while leaving the hotel the next morning), different strange and dirty man (likely homeless) loitering outside the front doors After the stay: charged $445.00 (additional to room rental) for "smoking on the balcony". -- I had to call to inquire 3 days after my booking when I see the charges on my credit card. The staff allegedly found a joint on the balcony to the room I rented and proceeded to charge me $445.00 to my credit card WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, INVESTIGATING OR INFORMING ME. When I called, reception was only able to tell me that they "have a photo of a joint on my balcony as evidence to say [I] was outside smoking." I don't smoke yet the hotel insists that it is evidence that I was smoking on the balcony. How do they know it wasn't from the previous guest or flew in from another balcony?! They don't - hense the cash grab. I asked to speak to the manager but they would not give me a phone number as "he's never in his office" and told me an email would be the best route to contact him. read more

Although rooms are very comfortable one bedrooms. Lobby area lamps filled with dead bugs and the cleanliness is lacking. This would make a great Residence Inn if Marriott took the helm, but it's not so service and cleanliness is lacking. read more

So.. lets get the negatives out of the way. It's an old building, so ... with that seems to come a dingy look inside the buildings exterior..... (elevators, hallways) HOWEVER, once inside your room, which yes, all rooms are suites, it's all good. Very nice rooms, as I have found out, the rooms were updated, and its definintely obvious because the rooms do not match the yucky elevators and not so great halls. There is a 24 hour fitness center, but unless you're simply wanting to get cardio it, it's not great. It's in the basement...no windows, feels rather lonely and like you could be assulted from someone sneaking up behind you at any minute. There are some free weights and a BOFLEX machine, but... it just was just not good.. (2 Ellipticals, 2 treadmills, 2 bikes) Apparently there was something wrong with both treadmills, as there was a guy trying to run on the treadmill and went between both of them cursing up a storm, at each one.. I'm sure he had a big weiner. Very friendly staff at the front desk when we checed in last night around 10pm... They were more than happy to tell us where to go in our free time and must have spent a good 10 minutes with us going over the map on where different venues were.... So, I like this place.. and feel a little snotty for not giving it more stars simply because it's an old building with a kind crappy fitness center.. However, If those issues arent a concern to you- this place is GREAT. A clean, spacious room, 2 flat screen televisions, microwave and mini fridge. read more

I haven't stayed here for 25 years, it was a nice, reasonably priced suite hotel, where I brought my kids. Today the International is an updated, clean, all suite that is warm and inviting. Meal from room service was very good. Normally I stay at the lovely old Fairmont but for $50 a night less it's going to a toss up from now on. Well recommended. Give it a try. read more

I spent the last five years commuting to Calgary from Edmonton every second weekend visiting my children until I finally moved back here this past May. Although most of the time I stayed with family there was the odd weekend where I needed to acquire a room that could accommodate my three children and I. This isn't easy, especially on a shoe-string budget. The international seems to be the exception. For less than the price at any hotel near the airport or in the core of the city you can stay at the International and not only get a room that has two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette area but you're also right in the heart of downtown Calgary. I am hesitant to write this review because it seems to be Calgary's best kept secret. Recently I had friends come to visit and I recommended they reserve rooms at the International and even though they neglected to plan ahead, upon driving up on a busy weekend in Calgary they were able to acquire a room on the spot. I believe the hotel primarily caters to business travelers that come to Calgary during the week and need to stay for extended lengths of time because the rooms are very home-like. The staff are courteous and clean and I find this to be a great place to stay in Calgary at a more than affordable price. read more

Poor customer service, wasn't even greeted at time of check in, not asked how was the stay at check out....breakfast area was like an overcrowded high school cafeteria...could barely move in between the jammed packed seats....food was bad..."lounge" only open until 10PM ( really??)...parkade filled with garbage and staff smoking in the area....had to wait 20 minutes for the elevator on several occasions....will NOT be coming back here....we were on the 8th floor-look over the balcony and you will see hundreds of cigarette butts below on the roof top sign. TACKY and rooms also had dust in all corners of the carpet. read more

This place is a DIVE. I began staying here nearly 10 years ago, at least once every 3 months for various occasions. The customer service in person and over the phone use to be awful & painful, now it's just plain TERRIBLE. After their "renovations due to the flood" their MANAGEMENT and STAFF have become the WORST, most RUDE, IGNORANT and DISRESPECTFUL bunch of clowns I have EVER met in the service industry. The asian female manager seems to have NO TRAINING or MANNERS. EVERY TIME I have stayed at this hotel, she has been RUDE, ANNOYED to be doing her job and VERY IGNORANT. She rolls her eyes at you and talks down to you as a customer. All of the staff seem to find their jobs humorous by standing behind the front desk loudly talking and laughing at the clients currently staying at the hotel, they do not care if you are 85 years old with a walker, in a wheelchair or have a child with autism (that seems to be their favourite). If you ask any of them for a little assistance OR concierge services no one will know what to do or how to do it. They claim they had "renovated and upgraded" after the floods, but the rooms are still the same, big yet dingy & dirty. The bathrooms are very small with the door nearly hitting the toilet seat when open. As soon as you get to your room the toilet is ALWAYS Running (this has happened more than you can count on two hands) and when you phone for a repair, the front desk makes an excuse for the repair man and he arrives 3hours later, only to take your "tip" and then have him return the next day to "fix" the problem again. When you phone down to front desk at any given time, they either DONT ANSWER or are EXTREMELY RUDE about any simple requests you have. And for the "free breakfast buffet", they claim it is from 7am to 11am BUT if you get there at 9:30 and there is no food left, then there you go THERE IS NO FOOD LEFT, they WILL NOT and DO NOT refill the trays or give you a menu to order anything or have the chef cook. Pros: large hotel rooms, reasonable price. Cons: The elevators are terrible - 3 tiny elevators for 35 floors is ridiculous! During busy times it was always a long wait for an elevator and it would usually be full. There are only 6 or 8 floors with Ice machines, you can't use the stairs because they are locked from the stairwell side. Room service is overpriced and poor quality. Definately an older hotel. Styling is very outdated and the hallways aren't the cleanest. The rooms, however are huge and the bedding is clean. The staff is always professional and friendly. This is my preferred hotel in downtown Calgary for the price. read more

Its obviously an older hotel, but kept up quite well. We had a positive experience, stayed on a wekend and only had to pay $8/night parking, free wi-fi & had breakfast buffet included. Great pricing on Expedia-good value. We really were impressed by the breakfast- lots of choices and well stocked. The rooms were good- very spacious, love the separate bedroom from living/dining areas. We requested corner suite, a bit further from elevator so we had no noise issues whatsoever. The elevators were a bit slow but that wasnt a big deal for us. Kids enjoyed shooting hoops in the pool. We never ate at the onsite restaurants so can't comment on that- kids had a couple things brought up for room service & it was good. We enjoyed our stay -Nothing fancy but very nice accommodation and we would definitely return. read more

Very very disappointing. I would not stay here again especially because there are many other hotels in downtown Calgary at a similar price point that are much nicer. Right from the start it was a bad experience. They messed up our reservation and did not have the correct price, check out time, a crib for our baby etc. On the phone and website they said there was free parking on the weekend but when we got here we found out their weekend was apparently from Friday to Saturday not Saturday to Sunday. The room was very spacious but was poorly renovated. It felt like an old hotel room that they had very quickly and cheaply renovated. The continental breakfast was just ok. On our last day they had a planned power outage for 6 hours but did not notify guests until 15 minutes before the power outage which was not enough time to even get packed up and leave. The elevators weren't working and we were stuck on the 26th floor with our baby. read more
