I am always pushed to the bottom of their list since I am a small business. I usually get them within 3 weeks. Always tell me my lack of planning is not their emergency which is true. So I always just waited. The last time I took in 200 items and told them I only wanted 100 done now and them would let them know when I needed the other 100. The office assistant told me it was no problem to just leave the other 100 there so I could just call when I needed them. For some reason they went ahead and did all 200 and it took them several months with no phone call to update me on what was going on and why it was taking so long. In the time I dropped them off, I lost my dad, my job and got Covid extremely bad. Once they decided to get them done months later and my situation changed, then they started calling and wanting me to pay for all 200 which I told them I couldnt at this time. i reached out and told them I could pay for the 100 and then pay for the other 100 in about a month. Keep in mind, I specifically requested to NOT anodize all 200, only 100. So now, he wont let me pick up 100, he insists I pay for all 200 or he will not release them to me. After all I have been through and the changes since they finally got them done, he now wont even hear me out, just said he would throw them away and write it off instead of allowing me to pay for the 100 I asked for and then the rest in a month. I wouldnt do business again since they are not about taking care of the customer and their requests, but all about money. Who would rather throw them away rather than work with me during an extremely difficult time in my life after being a good customer. My business is all about helping others and doing random acts of kindness and have been treat so bad by a company I have always treated so well. Will not go back and would hesitate to recommend a company who doesnt care about long time customers.
