All their knowledge, skill level and personalities are excellent. As a client, the "feel" and atmosphere is part of my PT. I am currently having a problem with the new financial policy, my out of pocket expense has so increased. The additional expense is bad enough on Social Security, but to raise the amount in the middle of treatment does not seem ethical or fair. I agreed to come the visits needed to help my situation knowing what I was going to have to invest financially. How can a healing experience that was so perfect turn into so much concern? I can't be the only disappointed client. I fully understand and expect, once discharged, if I have to come back for another series of treatment appointments, to have to adhere to the increased pricing. I am asking for myself and those of us who are already into treatment, and almost completed, to continue to let us pay as agreed when the treatment started. This review is Great only for the therapists and employees, not for the costs.....................and changes of pricing mid-treatment.

After just a few minutes I was taken back for my first exam. After changing into a gown, in a private room, I was brought to the exam room. The technician walked me though each scan and was extremely nice. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and will look forward to next year.

So the name speaks for itself - Accident Recovery Center, which is what drew me to this office after my car accident. I guess you can't go wrong with this name lol. The office layout is semi-open, which isn't bad, and for privacy there's an x-ray room and a private office as well. Both chiropractors were very helpful when explaining the insurance/liability/financial side of things. Aside from the traditional cracking and popping of the back, they have a machine that does the same spinal adjustments without having to twist and put pressure on the back. Another thing I noticed was the gentle manner in which they treat their patients. There are usually other patients in there with me, some old and some without great English skills - Dr Giel seems to always make sure they leave with the understanding of the treatment as well as their take-home exercises. I feel comfortable in this place. I'd come back if I need another adjustment.
