This is a HUGE problem as we have guests arriving tomorrow! As stated previously, we have a house full of guests arriving on Thursday. We originally scheduled to have an initial, deep cleaning completed Tuesday morning at 9:30am. At 9:45am, after no one arrived or contacted us, we began calling the only phone number available to us (the one you find here) and went to voicemail each time (four times over the next half hour). We finally got a call back from someone letting us know that the cleaning crew had a flat tire and would not be able to make the appointment. We stressed that we were brand new customers and were depending on this cleaning to be ready for guests. We were then offered and we accepted a 6:30pm cleaning the next day, Wednesday. On Wednesday (today), at 4:00pm we received a call stating that a manager requested the appointment be cancelled as "there was no funding for a team as they have already used up the hours for the day". This makes no sense... as we are going to be paying for the cleaning. They offered to come on Saturday - but our company will already be here. That is, of course, completely unacceptable. We are, of course, very disappointed. It seems that if you are among the fortunate - the service is great. We certainly appreciated the price and what we thought was availability to clean our house in time for guests to arrive.

Once the gentlemen he did his job which roughly took 4 hours or so. I paid the ticket $1,800 and he left. The next day I noticed water damage to the bottom of the trim of my walls. I contacted the company and they informed me they would get me in touch with the owner. After a few days of calling, I finally spoke with the owner. After explaining the issues he responded "I don't want to deal with this so I'm going to refund your money and hung up" This took me by surprise to say the least, after we got off the phone I contacted a contractor to come out and inspect the damage. The total cost for damage is roughly $2,800 and no one will acknowledge or respond to my calls. I am now in the process of speaking with my attorney to unfortunately take matters to the next level. I would highly recommend against using this company, what you get when they are selling their brand vs what you get and the quality professionalism once they receive their money is on two different ends of the spectrum. Disappointing to say the least. ***** responding to the "owner" I spoke to her husband not with her so not sure how she's going to take details and provide them as if she was on any communication. #1) Pet stains was in the middle of the living room, not against the walls, clearly there was a need to clean and reduce smell however NOT to provide damage in doing so. #2) I never called multiple times, I called 1 time and the 1 time I called I never asked for a refund, the owner said we can come out and fix it, I said no becuase you guys are going to do more damage. He said okay well I don't want to deal with this so I'm going to give you a refund so I can be done with it, I informed him I will have a contractor come out and evaluate the damage. #3) I called 3 weeks later due to my travel schedule as I wasn't home to deal with this, I didn't know there was a expiration date on when I have to call and complain when there's severe damage done to my house. You need to take responsibility for the damages you made to my house. My attorney will be in touch

Met with Loretta and her crew and went over everything that I needed done. Appliances in the kitchen were about 85% cleaned, kitchen cupboards and cabinets were 90% cleaned. All of my bathrooms were absolutely spotless. Toilets, tubs, sinks, mirrors floors everywhere in my bathrooms were amazing. Loretta and her crew wiped down banisters, bookcases, shelves in the formal living room, bar, den and laundry room. Loretta and her crew are prompt, personable and do a job that is satisfactory.
