When it became necessary to sell the house in Dana Point we knew we had to call Suraya, who had done a fabulous job for us when we bought it. This was much harder. Now we are divorced, and we live in Arizona, so everything had to be done twice. Every time there was information to share, decisions to be made, or documents to sign- it had to be done twice. To add another level of complexity, the house had been rented, furnished. She helped get the tenant out, marshaled her considerable resources to take care of repairs and upgrades, and either sold or donated the personal property. I went through a couple realtors and Linda was the only one to listen to what I wanted in a home, so I chose her to be my realtor. Linda typically houses for Orange County, but she again listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond in looking for homes in areas I wanted as well. There was times we would look at 5 houses a day and she was always good with that. Linda always made the views around my schedule. After a couple months off looking at homes, we finally found one! All I have to say is Linda has been so great and has that special quality in a person that really makes you comfortable in the whole process.
