Overall, I have been extremely happy with the service they have provided. Truthfully, I had never rented my home before and was unsure what would be required or involved. Luckily, Legacy Property Management came thru in every way and has made the entire process seamless for me. My initial contact with Legacy Property Management started with Steve coming out to my property to personally discuss my needs regarding my home that I wanted to rent out. He was super helpful and answered all my questions as well as walked me thru the entire rental process. LPM was the only management company that offered to meet in person as the rest that I had called wanted to give me "estimates" over the phone without having ever seen my home. Steve was very personable and was someone I felt comfortable chatting with. Afterward, I've been very fortunate to work directly with Wayne who has been fantastic. He is a professional and very knowledgeable and you can tell he has many years experience in this industry. He promptly answers my email concerns / questions. He has been on top of my tenants requests and reaches out to me when only absolutely necessary. Otherwise the entire process has been hands off which is exactly what I wanted. Now that the 1st year is almost done, he's been proactive on the renewal process and provided his professional recommendation on next steps. Also I have to add that Wayne made the tax season easy for me and provided all the necessary documents promptly. I highly recommend Legacy Property Management to manage your home rental. Once the county/town updates their assessment with the renovated home or new construction on the empty lot, the property taxes will skyrocket, insurance will skyrocket, and you'll be upside down cash flow negative within a year. Happened to every single house I bought through norada across 4 different states. Also, don't count on rents increasing at all, don't use any of their recommended PMs or inspectors or insurance people, don't fall for the 0% PM fees for a year, don't fall for anything said by Norada and their providers. Its all just a heap of garbage in a polished up trashcan.

Allegedly new funds were being raised to pay existing note holders until those payments were suspended in June of 2024. This assessment is based on the lack of financial transparency to date by Marco to the team that is responsible for determining the current state of the business and what 600 note holders can expect regarding any type of repayment. I understand Federal agencies may have been contacted to investigate potential criminal charges and at least 5 law suits have been filed. I will personally also be pursuing those avenues for a resolution as well.

Kent was knowledgeable about the escrow process and guided us through the HOA approvals, the inspections, and the requests for repairs.
