Although I didn't service my jetski with them in the end overall, but loved how professional and honest and thorough the whole team was. Started with James and Lino the techs there and while dropping it off they gave me tips and pointers immediately about my jetski with friendly Seadoo Spark conversations. Even down to the receptionists, Molly I believed her name was, who was also so friendly and nice. The whole team was very detailed in their assessment and inspection while being able to explain and show me everything in person. Overall very professional and friendly. Only reason it wasn't a 5 star was because I felt they may have took a little longer than expected to completed and inspection and complete an estimate for me as it was about 2 weeks. However this is a my first personally water craft and first time servicing it so not sure if it's common for that turn around time for a full inspection and diagnosis after tear down. read more

Great group here. They were reliable, reasonable, and knowledgeable. Doesn't get any better. I do, however, suggest you do your part. Clean your machine before asking these guys to work on it. Be clear as you can be about your issue. They will return the favor over and over. read more

Jet Ski Doctor saved me ALOT of money. Both of my Seadoos wouldn't start after sitting a while so I took them to the company(whom I wont name) where I purchased them. I was told that all the injectors needed to be replaced for $1500. I said forget it and got a referral to The Jet Ski Doctor. Needless to say, the injectors only needed to be cleaned and a few other maintenance issues for $500. They were fixed in one day and I was back on the water for the weekend.
