This jewelry store is a true gem, in every sense of the word! My husband and I have bought jewelry from this shop in the past, and I recently had some repair work done. The owners are extremely nice and knowledgeable, and the store has a pleasant atmosphere. The jewelry turns over pretty fast, so if you like something, buy it! (It may be gone the next time you return.) The jeweler does excellent repair work, and the prices are extremely reasonable. It's difficult to leave heirloom jewelry without knowing the reputation and honesty of the jeweler, but have no fear here. The owners/jewelers are truly honest and trustworthy. They have been in business for years and have an excellent reputation in the town! I will definitely be visiting this little shop again! read more

The Jeweler's Workshop is a great little store with a nice variety of interesting choices. The repairs are quick and reasonably priced. Mr Patterson can create unique designs of his own or work with the customer who has an idea of what she/he wants. He created earrings for me to match a bracelet I had, added stones to old pieces, repaired pieces, and altered pieces, all at very reasonable cost. read more

I had a ring size there a couple of years ago with an expensive diamond. When I went back yo pick it up the diamond had a yellow tint to it. When I mentioned it to the lady at the front she snapped we didn't change the diamond. I said, I didn't say you did. She said she couldn't see yellow. Other people can see it is yellow. I have since had other jewelers look at it and say it does have yellow in it and it is now rated almost a trash diamond. I realize I can't do anything about it now but beware they do replace stones. Will never go there again. read more

I love to support small businesses and it takes a lot for me to write a negative review. I actually already wrote one describing my three interactions with them extensively which they somehow had removed. It was honest, they did eventually fix my issue after ruining the patina on my ring and sizing it wrong. I wrote the review to speak to the customer service which was terrible. The owner was incredibly rude despite me fixing the patina myself and just needing the ring stretched as it was a thick band and this was not accounted for when they sized it. She was so rude after me driving 3 hours round trip a second time for them to stretch it that I said as I walked out the door, "you have made me feel like an incredible inconvenience to you at every turn" and her response was "well we're done now". I've never experienced someone being so insolent in customer service in my life and as a business owner myself was somewhat flabbergasted. Maybe I remind her of someone she doesn't like. I went out of my way to go to this shop and it is a cute place with some lovely items but it was not a good experience. read more
