When I first went in my back needed to be aligned and my hips and groin were a mess. I definitely had muscles that had atrophied and quit firing altogether. Gave Dr Klitzke a try on April 11, 2024, after a recommendation on Next-door. Well, I will not be…read moregoing back. I told him no adjustments on my neck because of neck surgery which he agreed to. I also told him I had a tear in my right shoulder and some hip pain. He adjusted my hips but then when he did the side adjustment on my right side where he holds your arms and presses down there was a pop and terrible pain shot through my shoulder. I said what was that it really hurts, He nonchalantly said oh it's just a rib, it happens. I said but it really hurts and again it's just a rib, so he had his wife do 2 treatments, I think Lazer and red light on the area which did nothing for the pain. I canceled my next appointment and emailed that my shoulder still hurt, and I don't feel like I should have paid for that visit, they did refund my $35. I have never had this happen before but the way they just blew it off just shocked me. They offered for me to come in and talk about it, I said no, Maybe I should have... Although I am not sure what they would have done. It has been 2 weeks, and I am still having pain. I am working with my acupuncturist which is helping a little. I guess it is going to take time. I would stay away from this place and look elsewhere.
