The staff is all really friendly and helpful and the treatment that I got was customizable to target my pain and mobility issues. I paid about $2200 for a 20 session plan. We have been coming for a couple of months now. I'm always a little hesitant to do a review on medical establishments too soon. My husband and I were previously going to another set up very similar to this one and we have been seeing chiropractors and massage therapists for decades. This is hands down the best, holistic care, therapeutic stretching and massage place you could go to. The front desk is friendly and professional. They answer all questions professionally. They will check your temperature on arrival and you are required to wear a mask. The initial intake will include seeing a Chiropractor. They will ask a bunch of questions, do a physical exam and take some X-rays. They want to make sure there is nothing of concern before they start working their magic. They will refer you out, if there is. A concern. They make you feel validated and genuinely want to make you feel better. So on the daily visit; we check in. They recognize us. They sign us in or you can slide a card that they give you. You walk directly back. I have never been told to wait. We get a massage at least once a week. That is usually what we go back for first. It lasts for 30 minutes (insurance covered. $40 if you want to add another 30 minutes). This is not a Swedish massage. If you have pain, they will work it out of you. After that we go directly for neck traction. You may not need it. Then we get hypervolt to our backs and then they therapeutically stretch whatever area is hurting the worst. There have been some places that we go and the physical therapist will show you an exercise to do on your own. That is not what I'm talking about. Think more along the lines of Thai Massage. I don't know if they call it needling or acupuncture. I haven't had it done here yet. But I've seen something like that done. They also do cupping. We also have areas of chronic pain in our backs. We were referred out for stem cell injections. That has never even been offered to us before. We are so hopeful! When you finish all of that, you go to the Chiropractor station where they are usually waiting for you. These guys are so humble and well rounded. Most "doctors" feel like if you don't call them Doctor then you aren't showing them respect. They have all introduced themselves to us by first name. And I personally think they deserve to be called Doctor. I'm not trying to minimize their success. But it wasn't until I left, after meeting Dan that I was told that he was the owner of all the facilities. I'm just saying, good for him for becoming successful and keeping a level head. read more

I have been coming to Grants for the last 10 years and they made it so I never want to go anywhere else. Alex in the front office is one of the best office personnel I have ever met, she is kind and on top of everything making sure you are taken care of. As for the care that I receive every time is nothing short of top notch every time. The techs Ryan, Ivan and Cisco are all amazing and very attentive in helping you stretch and are very helpful in answering questions about the stretches and showing ways you can do them at home. They are also really fun to talk to and love to laugh! I understand you may be coming from a very entitled life view but respecting other people and not verbally attacking them at your husband's place of business is probably a better path to take. I'm not sure what kind of person thinks it's ok to grab other people's things, then what's more, gets upset when they are asked to stop that behavior. After suffering 6mo with unfortunate lingering effects from COVID of vertigo I started going to Grant Chiro for physical therapy and adjustments. Within a few visits in June 2021 I no longer suffered feeling like a human pinball, and have been going back ever since. I don't like to leave negative reviews but I have to say our experience here left me feeling very uneasy. I know that masks can be a controversial and sensitive topic. But in a medical office I was surprised when we walked in to see almost all staff without a mask on. The technician who worked on my son did not have a mask on the entire time and he was very close to him. Also as we waited to be taken back a blond woman employee said a profane word and I was sitting there with my son. (Sh...) He heard it and we both looked at each other very confused. Didn't expect to hear that in a professional office with a child present. The facility is beautiful, however I was also disappointed that the doctor would not go over Xray results at the time of visit. He stated he would do that at the next visit. This seems like a way to get us to come back for more money and not with the idea in mind to give the patient the best care. We will not be returning. read more

First week at this place. Observations are as follows: 1) No one ever wipes down the equipment or tables. Sure they have the Dr office paper that they pull across the table but they never wipe the bar that people are breathing on. No wonder I ended up with strep throat and a nasty sinus infection. 2) Dr. Kung Fu Panda does not even show a sign of professional aptitude. Lay crack. Flip crack. Bend crack. AND THEN THE GIANT BELLY FLOP BODY SLAM HIP CRACK...as your entire being is enveloped in the smooshy lard and the feel of the belly kiss as it sucks off of you. NASTY!!! 3) Everyone in the office has this unprofessional offering of the hand to pull injured patients off the table. Hey "bros" I am here for a back injury and pulling me incorrectly only keeps me injured longer and coming back to you. Is that the plan? 4) Have to mention there is always this unprofessional banter among the staff. Dudes and Bros and Buddy and why don't you learn my fricking name??? 5) Then there is Dr Dan. Who takes cracking to a whole new unprofessional level. Sure I get that a chiropractor only has so many options of what to crack and how to crack it. Clearly Dr Dan has given up on the care associated with it. Crack flip crack flip crack flip and then I am worse off than I was before. He doesn't even setup the crack per the standard or by the book anymore. Flip crack flip crack flip crack. See ya. Dude if you hate your job that much just walk away and let someone else do the job while you collect the income. You're going to kill someone one of these days. 6) Finally the other thing you notice is no hand sanitizer anywhere. Bros be biting their fingers and picking their noses and playing on their phones and never once wash their hands but they are providing me medical care. Dr. Kung Fu Panda and Dr. Dan are notorious for moving from one patient to the next to the next and never sanitizing once. Sheesh put that hand gel everywhere, install a sink. There is only one Dr that consistently washes and only one of the bros that wash. The rest are just sharing the nastiness. I tried to be fair. I gave it several chances. I tell it as I see it. Oh and one more thing...just go see a massage therapist they will do your body more good when you have out of control spasming and muscle cramps. Then only see the Dr Crackers to help align the puzzle pieces. But try to stick with Dr Kyle or another practice entirely. Be well get well. Crack snap I'm out! read more

I started going to Dr. Grant about a year ago for some lower back pain I was experiencing from sitting in an office chair too frequently. The entire staff there has been fantastic, from the front office to the physical therapy team. The atmosphere is also a big perk for me. It's a great balance between friendly, personal, easy going, and professional. After a while it feels like you're just going to visit some friends who happen to be great at keeping people healthy. I couldn't fully endorse Grant Chiropractic if I didn't also see impressive results in my lower bank pain, muscle tension, flexibility, and spinal alignment. I could definitely tell a difference after I missed a few sessions over the holidays. Special shout out to Dr. Brandon. He continues to be a wealth of knowledge on most any subject I bring up with him, from athletics, to muscle repair, to pain management, workout recovery, stretching, and body mechanics. I had a great chiropractor in VA that I went to for 10 years and was sad to leave him. I have tried several in this area with no luck until I recently found Dr. Dan Grant. His entire team works to promote wellness thru chiropractic, physical therapy (if needed), traction, decompression, percussion, massages, nutrition,..the works. I used to get maybe 10-15 min total with my old chiropractor but with all the services his practice provides, I am there well over an hour each time I go so I also feel like I'm getting full service for my money. This place is kinda weird, and I can't decide if it's weird in a good way or a bad way. First of all, it's got a really great energy. It functions as a team, and the office is very open so adjustments and physical therapy is all happening the same space. I came in with back pain, and they did x-rays and wanted to do some other physical therapy type stuff that wasn't possible. The explanation I got when I asked what my treatment plan would be was obviously a standard statement repeated many times a day and was said very quickly. Aside from that, everyone was super nice and friendly, but I really wish I had gotten a more detailed discussion of what my treatment plan was. But the adjustment was great, and helped me tremendously. However, I was told when I came in that they took my insurance, and that they would run it. Then I was told they hadn't, but would call me. They never called. When I came in for my follow-up appointment, I was told that they don't take my insurance and I would have to pay cash. So I cancelled and I won't be coming back. I still think I'd recommend this place. read more
