Dr. PHAM and his team are phenomenal. I had my 1st adjustment done with Dr. Pham when he was at the heights location. I was getting a cramp in my left foot when I wore flats for a few hours, probably because I normally wear heals. Dr. Pham asked me about my concerns and performed the adjustment and to my surprise, no more left foot cramp. A few months Later my opposite foot started getting that same cramp when wearing flats, so I went in yesterday to Dr. Phams new location. He did a wonderful job, adjusted my hips and full body really. Now cramp gone! He even showed me specific stretches to do to prevent my feet from cramping again. High Five! OK until you try to cancel your membership. Never freeze your membership for any reason: you cannot cancel until it is active...which means you automatically pay at least one month dues and then deal with all the obstacles they raise to cancel. completely frustrating and costs at least one-two months dues. read more

I was recently diagnosed and I've been told to go to a chiro to help myself and feel better. The doc's here have been super accommodating and patient with my whiny self. Everyone is super professional from the receptionist to the chiropractor. They've got a couple of plans which you can cater to what you want done to yourself. I am on their flex plan, where you spend $19 a month and then pay $15 for every service with a 6 month minimum. Love this place and the people who work it. I give it a two star because the receptionist was nice and patient while I was doing paper work but Dr Kristin Dedeaux did not evaluate me like I expected she would she was in a rush since it was close to closing time, and when we left my daughter told me that when I was filling out the papers I got up to ask the receptionist a question Dr Dedeaux rolled her eyes I think that was so unprofessional never again will I go back!!!! read more

Come here if you are a hijabi! Dr.Jackson is incredibly interested in Islam. He felt it was appropriate to use his finger to tap the back of my head twice, while laying face down, to ask what's the significance of "that". He asked where I was from and why I wore it. When I explained I was Muslim and it's to conserve my beauty he said I was tricking men by not showing what my face and hair look like - a CLASS ACT! Thank God that, despite all of the changes and facelifts (no pun intended) this place has made in the 2 years that I have been coming, Dr. Trevor is the ONE constant. He is, QUITE LITERALLY, the ONLY reason I not only have a MEMBERSHIP, but come to this location AT ALL. it's really not just his skill... But, let's face it, he's pretty darn amazing in that capacity, but his personality as well... He's blunt, and funny, and charismatic and, and sarcastic... It's just a really good time when I'm there! I joined the Joint about a month ago after making the investment in custom orthotics. The adjustment was making me very sore and my pelvis was completely out of alignment. Mathew was helpful from the first phone call to sign up. The best part about this place is how fast it is to get in and out. Dr. Trevor took particular time to identify my issue and work on it. Dr. Trevor deserves Five Stars, he explained all the process of what he was doing and at the end, he asks if I still have any questions. Why not 5 stars? They do not accept any health insurance, no therapy massages, no X-rays, no laser, waiting time was one hour 15 minutes for five minutes adjustment and the receptionist never smiled to anyone in the office. If you are going for something simple like a muscle spasm I will recommend Dr. Trevor but, if you are looking for something else, think about it twice. read more

My appointment was for 3:00. I showed up at 2:50. I wasn't seen until 4:00. Someone who did not have an appointment walked in at 3:40 and was seen before me. I was told it was because her adjustment would not take long. Really? That shouldn't matter. It was my first time there and they were already running late and they took a walk in before me? I have tried some of the others at this location & unfortunately they do not have the caring & compassionate personality or the expertise that Dr Trevor has. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!! Today I saw a new Dr, as *DR. TREVOR was NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I understand that it must be hard to be the new guy when so many people visit this establishment purely for the treatment that Dr. Trevor provided. Also, it might be hard to not get your feelings hurt when people are disappointed to see you. But have patience and listen. Excellence is something you need to want. (Personally, I feel more rewarded in my work when I can turn a hater around to my side in a short period of time.) This being said, the quality of care as well as the personal/professional touch just wasn't up to par. I have a specific way I like to be adjusted and the new guy just does not know how to preform all the moves, despite his 5 years of experience. Nor does he have the willingness/patience to listen, without offense. Sorry, but, if you can't do a combo adjustment to get my neck and shoulders and then you do a simple side to side neck crack, no stretch or anything, then my adjustment just is not complete. I should feel better walking out than when I walked in... not the same. I still have a pinch on my right side. He 'attempted' to readjust, unsuccessfully. My neck needs to be stretched and so on. I mean, I actually think I feel a headache coming on. But good news for the joint's piggy bank, he shuffled me out the door. I want to cry! I guess they have a company man in there now? So, sorry, on to the next guy and have a great day. I almost feel bad, like I should give him another try. But he pretty much just dismissed me. So, now I will need to find a new location with a braver more confident feeling Dr. At least until I use up my package. Which they just got me to re-up because they were raising their prices. Be aware of the billing and cancellation practices. I joined on a month to month program only to find out when I attempted to cancel in the first month that the minimum agreement is 2 months. Also, they may forget to tell you in advance that you must cancel at least 2 days before your billing cycle. Both of these practices were NOT discussed with me upon joining. Worst Chiropractor ever. Lazy, didn't wanna adjust me because I came in 15 minutes before they closed and told me I should go get an X-ray before I came in. Update from 5 stars to 2 stars. While the doctor is really good, issue is with the billing they caused. I got 10 different answers every time from the front desk people wrt to the cancellation of my plan. Never understood the pricing and there was little transparency. I would only come back for the doctor but not for the overall experience. This location is awesome. Dr Trevor is really awesome. Front staff is also very helpful. My wife has a bad knee. Dr Trevor has been treating for almost a month or so and she has seen lot of difference and improvement in her condition. Personally l, I also have seen an improvement in my posture overall and the stiffness in the back and the neck. Would recommend this location to anyone who is n. Also they accept HSA as well. So I would say HSA dollars would be well spent if you use it here. read more

I am very happy with my membership at The Joint. Dr. Trevor is an excellent listener and takes time to hear how I am doing each time I visit. He has also suggested some strength exercises for a weak area in my back. The receptionists offer great customer service. There are times when I can get right in and times when I need to wait.
