I saw Dr. Eric who has a wonderful bedside manner. After a discussion of my pain and location manipulation of neck and back was performed. Treatment plans can last weeks, so I had no illusion that I would get immediate relief. However, it was very helpful. I appreciate the services provided and no longer a chiropractic doubter. I've been a chiropractic patient since 1996, but moved from Chicago to Greensboro last year. I tried a different place before coming here and didn't feel like it was an effective treatment. I've been coming here weekly for about a year now. The doctors at The Joint are great. Treatment is very effective. My first visit I was incredibly twisted, but after 3 visits my adjustments are mainly tune ups. Even though they don't take insurance, I buy the annual plan when they have the special and it's much less expensive than co-pays with limited numbers of visits. read more

I won't go into detail but let's just say that the front desk was so bad that I will not be going back to this location and have also cancelled my membership. Loved it! All of the people who work there were great. Every kink was worked out. They took a full medical history. And really took time to see what was bothering, and if I had been to a chiropractor before. Afterwords, not only did I feel better, but they game up with a plan moving forward. If you feel like you might need follow up appointments, they give recommendations. Like how long to wait between appointments. They reminded me to drink a lot of water, and told me a few exercises to do at home. I used their $29.00 introductory offer. And no appointment was necessary. Which was great. I was referred here by a family member after I kept complaining about having problems with my back the past 3 years. I started going to a location in Texas sand was super glad to hear there was one here in Greensboro. So far my last visits have been a wonderful experience with both staff and doctors. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. And their plans aren't expensive, I feel like it's worth the price. 4 visits a month for about $80 is the plan I'm on, so far it's perfect! I've been going to The Joint for almost two years now and am very satisfied with the work and care that is being done. Doctors Nocera, Charlotte, and Wilson are all certified chiropractors and know exactly what to do and what you need for your body. No appointments or reservations needed, just walk in (once you have become a patient) and it's pretty much let them know what's going on overall, or just that moment/time of what your pain is. The adjustment is quick and you are in and out until your next session (your initial visit, they do a pre-exam and questions to get your info and current state of your body/pain). The best thing about these doctors are that they perform the traction release, and executed very well (lay on your back, they pull your head and neck towards them, a feeling unlike any other) The receptionists are always nice and very helpful with any other questions. Highly recommend. It runs about $60/month for (you get four visits). Each additional visit after four if within the same month is only $10 each visit. *sometimes they have a special where it's $29 for the initial visit. read more

I started with the joint chiropractic in Wilmington and loved the chiropractors there. However, when I moved to Greensboro the chiropractors at that location, we're not nearly as effective in adjusting me. I spoke to them a couple of times about it and even talk to the business manager about one of their chiropractors who could not manage to get anything adjusted on me. He basically just stretched you. Even when I shared with him that I needed a more aggressive adjustment, he couldn't do it...., There was one doctor a female there that I did get a lot of really from if she was working however, she was not always working when I was there Ultimately, I quit having a monthly program there . read more

Great for quick, not too serious back problems. The price of this place is absolutely unparalleled. They are really nice and helpful and you can basically always zip in and out in 10 minutes even during lunch hour. I stopped going only because my back needed a little more intense care than they offer. However, the monthly rate is something I've never seen anywhere else and I would recommend to anyone. And when my regular chiropractor said I needed to come in 1-2x a week, I saw dollar signs flashing before my eyes and right out the door. I heard about it from a friend and it's the best thing since mobile check ins at the doctors office. For $59 a month, I get 4 visits here. You just walk in and scan your card to check in. Or if you're like me and lose that sort of stuff like 5 minutes after you get it, just give them your name and they'll put you in line. Wait time is minimal. Seriously minimal compared to a regular doctor's office. You can walk in on your lunch break and still have time to eat, do your taxes, and run to the post office. Well, maybe 2/3 of those. The doctors are super friendly and professional. I like switching up my days and times so I see different doctors. Each one has a different "touch" and seems to be able to address my problems effectively. Also, if you need additional appointments on top of the given 4, they're only $10. That's well worth being able to walk without pain or go headache free for a day. I highly recommend this place. read more

Only one Dr in the office actually offers real chiropractic service and he's rarely in the office. If you have to call the office they seemingly never answer and their mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. I canceled my contract in person and they still charged me the following month. This was my first ever visit to a chiropractor. I was excited and nervous at the same time. The monthly payment system seemed very reasonable for me and since I'm a achy kind of person I guess an adjustment is what I need. What they say is true the feeling of not being achy is addicting and I can tell my back doesn't hurt! The visit was quick, and it will be much more faster since I got all the paperwork done. It's very easy and simple you come in the doctor does a quick and efficient alignment and you are good to go. I didn't have any muscle aches afterwards and my Back feels great! I've been going to the Joint at friendly off and on since they opened. It was great at first but something has changed. Everyone used to be nice and it was quick and effective. The main guy seems rushed now and not to happy to be there. I have to wait now for 30-45 min on average which wouldnt be too bad in and of itself but then I am rushed through. If my adjustment takes more than 3 minutes he seems annoyed. I've had a problem with my hips lately and instead of the lower adjustment I have them do the actuator. The last time he seemed annoyed when I asked and this time he said they are not an actuator location. I took that as dont let the door hit you on the way out. I didnt. But I did sign the cancellation form. I'm not sure what is going on with this location. Used to be enjoyable. read more

This has to be one of the poorest managements I know.. I had went in around February and went for a month and I called to pause my account since I was leaving town.. I got an email saying they were going to unpause my account and charge me another month since there "policy" is a minimum of 2 months.. Never once did they tell me that. They told me they RECOMMEND me to go for two months !! I called them and told them I wasn't going to pay another month due to bills having to be paid and I can't afford the $60 dollars and my back is perfectly fine I don't need to go anymore. They told me there were going to give me a call today or tomorrow afternoon. They proceeded to charge my card and I gave them a call explaining my situation. THEY HUNG UP ON MEEE !! They were quick, getting me back before my appointment time and out quicker than expected. The monthly membership is worth it, $59 for 4 adjustments a month (two month minimum commitment) whereas, a "regular" chiropractor was gonna charge $58 for one visit since my insurance doesn't cover them. The only complaint was that this first adjustment paled in comparison to the amount of adjustment I received at my two visits to a different "The Joint" location. I have been to The Joint in Greensboro, NC many times with success. Then an unexpected experience with a chiropractor I did not see regularly. Face down, he quickly applied three compressions on my back moving up to the neck/shoulder area before I could get a breath to stop him. He pressed with so much force that it cracked two ribs (confirmed by x-rays) and injured a nerve in my shoulder. Until the ribs healed, breathing was difficult for weeks. The damaged nerve took longer to get better, radiating the buzzing/tingling pain through the damaged shoulder and down my arm. The orthopedic surgeon said that surgery would not likely be required and advised that I wait for it to heal. Meanwhile, weeks of pain. I called The Joint to get contact information for the owner. That began an experience that is a textbook case about how a business should not act in a case like this. Nobody would tell me who the owner is or how to contact that person. I called The Joint corporate and got a name and phone number. When I reached that person, he led me to believe he was the owner. After a number of unsatisfactory communications I discovered that he was not really the owner. The real owner simply refused to do anything about this experience. At one point the most I was offered (by the first "owner" -- he has some type of ownership or legally required oversight) was, in writing, 10 complimentary visits (with a different chiropractor). That is the value that The Joint in Greensboro places on the harm they do to a patient. But the real owner, who never even apologized, would not even honor that trivial promise. I was not inclined to turn litigious, but I am writing this review to warn you about what to expect if this chiropractic business harms any of you. They basically get you in with the 19.00 online coupon to sell you a monthly membership promoting that it is the cheapest way to go @ 49.00 per mo. The monthy package,includes up to 4 visits, but you have to give them your credit card # to do so, they tell you it's a 30 day cancellation policy. So what this means is the only possible way to do only one month, is to basically cancel your membership after your first visit b4 you walk out of the door. I called back to cancel a couple of days later and they said i could not because it would not be a full 30 days and I would be billed for another month @ 49.00. Beware of this b4 you give your credit card # Also the Dr is new and had hard time adjusting me, I have been to several over the past 10 yrs and never felt like I was more out of alignment after my visit than b4. read more

I went to The Joint Chiropractic on Saturday September 16th and my first time going to a chiropractor went really well. I was in extreme pain because I injured my back exercising that morning and I was desperate to feel better ASAP. I got to The Joint right before they closed and they so kindly took me in last minute to help me. They were very friendly, helpful and most importantly professional.
