They offer this monthly promotion but when you cancel due to work hours no longer meet their business hours. They give you a hard time to cancel have to jump through hoops. Then still charge your card where you have to cancel your card. They say a manager director of operations Ashley will call you for weeks. Then you have to keep calling when she doesn't. Find another chiropractor they are a scam. Which is sad since their chiropractor are nice but the business model is terrible. read more

Dr Phil and group are phenomenal. I know I can depend on them to get me in/out quickly. The office is so clean, calming and professional. Parking is a little challenging sometimes, but that's just a staple of the town center at this point. I love that getting chiropractic work done doesn't have to be expensive or timely here. I stop by about once a week for a tune up and my (once severe) neck pain is mostly nonexistent now. The doctors are willing to talk you through what they're doing and address any issues you may be experiencing. Although it's a quick face to face time you never feel rushed. I'll continue this for a long time, it's the first time in a long time I've felt relief. And with an easy price tag, at that! read more

I walked in with a brace, hoping to get an adjustment. after waiting 45 minutes I was told that they would not treat me because a) I checked the wrong box on a 7 page questionnaire, in regards to billing. what the box indicated was that I would pay for my visit but they would bill Medicare. b) because I had recently had X-rays done on my knee, they would not touch me. it took less then one minute to tell me something after having me wait 45 minutes in which they admitted 12 patients who wa in after me. Obviously they have no respect for their clients. Very poor customer service. read more

There was a Karen in her natural habitat not wearing a mask and the receptionist didn't say a word nor the the chiropractor and there was another guy as well. While speaking with Dr. Kevin Zelaya about how my back went out the day before while golfing, I did 2 air squats and 2 legs swings to loosen up my back. This took all of 20 seconds and during that time I was explaining my back pain and talking about my last appointment being 28 days prior. Again lasting 20 seconds. He then says yep go ahead and get on table and when you're waiting out front is a better time to do your stretches. After procedure I said sorry for wasting 30 seconds of your time. Albeit I was wasting none as I was going over my current pain level at the same time. He then says well when everyone does it, it adds up. There was nobody waiting behind me. My appointment lasted all of 3 minutes. If he doesn't have the patience to listen for 30 seconds about my current pain level then he has no business adjusting clients. I have been a monthly customer for a few months now and have had great experiences with everyone but him. I come specifically for the classic low back crack when laying on side. My first appointment with him he did the face down cracks using the table and I said hey can you do the one on the side. His response was "I know what I'm doing, the idea isn't to just crack whatever you want". Well I've been going to chiropractors for longer than he's been licensed and that's the only thing that relieves pain when my back is out. This doctor truly doesn't understand working with patients and needs training. Dr Phil and the others have been great so far! It's not the most comprehensive but it gets the job done. read more

Can't come in here without being hassled about getting on one of their stupid plans. I just want to come in and drop $40 every few months to get my spine and neck cracked and bounce. EVERY time I come in EVERY person I interact with from the front to the back *constantly* bombards me with getting their $69.99 a month garbage for four visits and is just relentless about it no matter how many times I say NO. There's no better way to put it than saying this place is the McDonalds drive thru of Wellness Practices. After returning from an upright cramped position flight from Vegas, I immediately crashed on the sofa using my hoodie as pillow. I woke up on Tuesday morning with a migraine stemming from somewhere along my neck, upper back or right trap area. At first I tried relieving the migraine by considering my intense sensitivity to pollen returning from the desert to Florida in early March. By Saturday morning, I'd given up on the ups and downs of medicating myself with allergy meds and Aleve. With experience in this field from ten years of work history in a chiropractic office, I live by this stuff, believe highly in it and always recommend as best option to family, friends and coworkers. As a dancer, I know when something in my OWN 47 year old body is simply just out of wack. I rolled out of bed so thankful this place was open on Saturday since I'd been there before with sciatic nerve issues. Drove myself there and was in tears by the time I arrived from the sunshine in my sensitive eyes. They gave me the very basic sheet of paperwork that I guess treats you like a new patient every time you go, if you don't purchase one of their adjustment maintenance packages. It's just not my thing and prefer going and paying a little extra when I KNOW I need it. When I got back to the table, the guy looks at my sheet of paper and tells me if I drove myself there then to go to the emergency room which is conveniently located next block over so I don't doubt they get some sort of next door referral compensation. "You're not going to adjust me? I know that's all I need" No, he says. Instead he recommends I see a medical physician who will only mask my pain with prescription pain meds, and I absolutely do not believe in that because dancing is part of my occupation. Due to my sinus sensitivity, I haven't been able to appease my vaping addiction this week, that is causing unrelated numbness and tingling withdrawal symptoms, if you've ever quit nicotine, you know what I mean. In no way did he look at my intake form and question what may be causing any of my irritabilities. So yeah, let's follow up one tough addiction that I hate having with a pain pill addiction when you have every bit of power to fix it, yet you choose to abuse it. I sincerely hope that after this migraine subsides, that this review will FOREVER deter business to an actual practice that cares enough to at least ask medical questions before treating something as a medical diagnosis. The worst choice you can ever make as a wellness professional is trying to tell a woman she doesn't know her own body. Honesty, how dare they. If I could give ZERO stars, they rightfully earned it. read more

I have been to this place three separate times now spanning over a year and a half and would rate it 0 stars if I could. Each three times I have gone I have had the same doctor and I leave in more pain in different areas than what I showed up for. Yesterdays visit I showed up for an upper back issue now my lower right back is in incredible pain. The doctor is incredibly rough and after telling him to take it easy I still left again in more pain than I arrived in. Each time I have gone I just have a new injury or pain that didn't exist prior to going and I truly believe it's from the way the doctor handles his patients. I wouldn't be leaving this review had I not just found out my coworker saw the same Doctor and had the same issue. read more

The customer service and attitude of the front desk clerk, Sean is appalling. His attitude alone is reason to not waste your time. If you need a receipt for any reason, good luck! I came in at 1015 and there was only one other person, but I was told he was too busy. After over 8 hours of waiting for a "customized receipt" for an initial evaluation. Asked for a simple itemized receipt for the initial evaluation to turn for FSA. You would of thought that poor Sean was carrying the entire business on his shoulders with the sass and attitude he had over a simple document. That literally could've taken a 7 year old 3 minutes to type. The first time I went I didn't return because of his attitude, but went back against my better judgment because we all have bad days. It wasn't a bad day, it's Sean's attitude. He is flippant, arrogant and down right condescending. I have never given a bad review before for anything but just go ahead and call me Karen. Even if this place was the best in town it's not worth it to deal with attitude like that for a receipt that should be standard with care. read more

I was visiting Florida from San Diego for the weekend, and figured I'd take advantage of my Joint membership and visit this location for some joint relief from my flight as I tend to not be an easy flyer. I saw Dr. Phil who was amazing. Friendly, personable, and very attentive to my chiropractic needs. I felt so fulfilled after my visit, that I went again on the way to the airport!
