I see dr Eric for upper back and neck tension that makes me have bp flares. He has really helped me when even meds don't work and also lower back L5 and hips. He is thorough and listens completely before making a plan of care. I go weekly for 79 mo. read more

Came in over an hour before closed and waited 45 minutes before they told me they couldn't see me

Such a great concept. Dr Larissa was awesome. The front desk person was friendly. There were two people ahead of me but the wait wasn't bad. I highly recommend this chiropractor office if your in pain. read more

This is my favorite location. Everyone is so nice and kind. Every chiropractor is phenomenal. I love being able to just walk in for an adjustment. Everyone is super friendly. I always feel amazing after I leave. read more

The customer service at this establishment was absolutely deplorable. I was never informed that multiple doctors would be involved in my care, and I was misled into a wellness plan that supposedly included two free visits. After my second visit, the doctor instructed me to return on Friday for an adjustment. When I arrived, however, she was absent, and I was forced to see another doctor--despite my discomfort with the situation. The new doctor's first question was whether I "just slept on it wrong." This was incredibly insulting, as I've been in multiple car accidents, and I expect a chiropractor to have a deeper understanding of my pain. It's precisely why I sought professional care. After expressing my discomfort, I decided to forgo the treatment altogether and wait for the doctor I was originally supposed to see. I then asked the receptionist, while I waited for my friends to be seen, to speak with a manager. I was told the manager would contact me, but despite calling three or four times over the next two weeks, I received no response. After being assured a call back on Saturday, I heard nothing. I left a message on Monday, and finally, on Tuesday, the manager called me back, explaining she was "on top of a mountain" and couldn't return my call sooner. How is that an acceptable excuse, especially when her receptionist had promised me a callback on Saturday? In the conversation with the manager, I requested a refund for the poor service, but was told I was only eligible for $24 out of the $108 I paid for an initial visit and four additional visits--of which I only attended two. They also refused to redeem the so-called "free" visits, which came with the Wellnessplan My three friends and I will never return, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this practice to look elsewhere. This experience was not only frustrating but outright disrespectful. read more

Got there 15 mins, with an appointment, and they took multiple walk-ins ahead of me. After the second I asked the receptionist (who was insanely rude from the start, not sure what was going on there), she said it was because theirs wouldn't take as long as mine. So at that point, having waited 30 mins, I said I'd just reschedule. The receptionist didn't even look up and just said "k." Crazy unprofessional, even the other lady in the waiting area was confused by it. Left without any relief and obviously won't be rescheduling. read more

The Joint is a great place to go to get a chiropractic adjustment. Amy at the one on 790 Skymarks Drive Ste 106 Jacksonville, Fl 32218 is a fantastic chiropractor. She explains everything that she does and the office is very friendly. read more

We used to go to the Joint when we lived in California. So happy that they have locations close to us now! We were told next year there will be one in Durbin so it will be even closer!!! The staff is so sweet. We had a great conversation with the chiropractor and we were in and out. I know it is not a guarantee that there won't be a wait but the staff will let you know how long the wait will be so you can make the decision right away without wasting any time. read more

Walked in 45 min to closing and they did not attend me saying I need 30-35 min for my appointment. Then don't accept walk ins.

I've been having some issues with a specific area in my lower back so I decided I would visit The Joint as an attempt at some pain relief. I'm no stranger to chiropractic care however I haven't been to see a chiropractor in almost two years so I was kind of nervous about visiting while in pain. The Joint is nearby my work in the Mandarin area so I decided to stop in and try them out vs. some of the other offices in town. They are located in the shopping center right next door to the Walmart. Unfortunately the exterior was gross. Trash was scattered all over the sidewalk and parking lot and I had to shimmy past a shopping cart to get in the front door. I was relieved to see how fresh and clean the interior was in comparison to the outside! The lobby was very clean and so was the adjustment area. When you go back to see the doctor you'll first notice an open environment with lots of drop tables and chiropractic equipment. No offices or rooms. I wasn't a big fan of the setup because I personally prefer being adjusted in private. I was having my consultation and adjustment with the doctor in full ear/eye shot of anyone else that's around the office. Luckily I went on a Sunday morning and there were no other patients in the office. The doctor was great and did a good job with the consultation today. She was very thorough and made sure to listen to all of my concerns. She showed me on a model spine the areas that were suspected to be giving me trouble and then explained what she was going to do during the process. She proceeded with the adjustment but it didn't provide any relief. It was uncomfortable but not painful. Unfortunately my condition has become increasingly worse as the day has passed... Anyways, she then recommended that I come back 3 times this week and once a week for quite some time after that. No chance that was happening but I decided to listen to what the front desk had to say about it. After my adjustment and recommendation by the doctor the young lady at the front desk shared some information with me about their wellness plans. They allow you to visit 4 times a month for around $70. Which is a pretty good savings compared to $39 for a single visit. So I can see the benefit to signing up if you plan to come back a lot but I just don't think it's for me. I actually received a $10 discount on my single visit today since I was a first time patient so it was only $29. I'll post a pic of the wellness plans and pricing for reference but this would get expensive coming as many times and the doctor recommended without signing a monthly plan. I don't like the idea of having my chiropractor on autopay and having to go so many times per month so I will opt for the single visit option for now and just visit as I personally see fit. All in all I would recommend The Joint if you are into chiropractic care, visit frequently and need somewhere that can get you in and out in a jiffy. They have these convenient scan cards so when you visit you just scan your card at check in and then wait to see the doctor. The staff was very nice and the whole office was extremely clean and tidy. Unfortunately I didn't like the open concept but if you can get past that this office might be an option for you! read more

The Joint Chiropractic - Plans & Pricing - Chiropractors Near Me - Jacksonville, Florida

The Chiropractor is great. However, they need to hire more people or move faster. The wait times are too long. I've had to walk in and walk out multiple times because they only have 1 person working. read more

I called ahead of time and asked if they could help me with my jaw pain. They said yes. I wanted to make an appointment, but they said it was walk in service. I showed up, signed in and filled out a bunch of paperwork saying that I wanted to get help with my jaw pain. I waited almost half an hour. Finally the "dr" came out and told me they only work on spine... no extremities. Waste of time. read more

Very dissatisfied with this location. I've been a member at the Joint for almost 2 years now and I've never had them tell me I can't get an adjustment during their business hours. The door was unlocked, I was inside the lobby before closing, and the receptionist told me I could not get an adjustment because they were "about to close." So much for walk ins only. Very sad customer experience. read more

Receiving chiropractic care once a week has really helped me to feel healthy. Dealing with Covid concerns and worries is stressful and causes me to tense up. I've been a member since this location opened. I enjoy the different styles of each chiropractor. I'm glad that everyone is asked to wear a mask now. read more

I suggest if you are going to continue to open more Joint locations that you staff the location(s) with seasoned, experienced chiropractors. I have been a patient of chiropractic for over 30 years and have been to many both good and bad. I had tried the Mandarin location on several occasions and have walked out feeling the same as when I walked in. It doesn't seem like the Drs. are able to assess very well and are not able to provide relief with their adjustment style/treatment. read more
