She entered the back door talking on her phone, then asked why I was sitting on a table? I explained every joint I've been to from CA to NC on has me go right to a table. She was very condescending the whole time. She gave me a decent adjustment but sure didn't need the attitude! Probably only go back to this location if another Dr was working that day. read more

I came here on a Saturday afternoon. There were two girls at the front desk who were super sweet and welcoming. I love how considerate they were of my time as there were only one chiropractor there. I was a walk in and first time sessions take a little longer due to paperwork. I made an appointment there and was given the option to fill paperwork at home and bring it back during my appointment. A few minutes later after having a phone call in my car, the receptionist comes outside the door to ask if I want to be seen now due to another appointment cancellation. Awesome customer service!! She handed me a tablet to fill my info while explaining to me more about the clinic. She mentioned this place is more for wellness and not to fix severe issues from car accidents. This was totally fine with me as I only needed an adjustment due to the slight curvature in my spine. The back of the clinic has an open layout with adjustment beds lined in a row. People can scan their key card and go in the back to wait for a chiro. There's monthly plans where you can go 4x a month and package plans which are more flexible for your schedule. They have a fast walk in system due to the adjustments being very quick. The chiro did a very great job adjusting me as I felt no pain during and after. Definitely going to commit going multiple times a month to help my back pain since the price is so affordable! Oh did I mention they give military discount? Extra plus! I cant say anything negative about the chiropractor's, they were pleasant and professional and made sure that my needs were being met. I had an issue with my account and needed to receive a refund. They responded quickly (within 30 min) and resolved the issue, giving me a refund. Thank you to management for responding promptly and fixing the issue. 2023/02/27: It's a shame I can't give zero stars. My husband and I came here during my MOS school and wanted their services for one month. We made it clear to them when signing up that's all we wanted since we would be moving to Okinawa 5 weeks later. We have been charged every month since and have filled out forms, asked for the manager, demanded refunds, etc. and all we get is a "someone will call you tomorrow". They are committing fraud and it's honestly disgusting that they claim to cater to active duty members. 2023/04/18: I wish I didn't have to waste one more minute of my time on this incompetent place. Do not support this business. They lie and steal. My husband and I used them for one month while I was in Lejeune for training. When we moved, we told them in person that we did not need their services anymore. We continued to each get charged for 3 months. We contacted them daily and didn't get an answer for almost 2 months. I finally wrote a review because I was hoping they'd reach out by seeing that, and lone behold got a phone call one day later. I was offered 70% of our money back and was asked to take the review down. It's been 2 months and I haven't received the refund for the months we never used their service. i really wanted to give this place a chance, because of the walk in convenience...the chiropractor did not take my chronic pain seriously, or even focused on my painful areas. i was "adjusted" in 2 mins and sent on my way feeling like nothing happened or helped... i hoped it was just a bad day for the chiropractor, nope he did the same exact thing every time i would visit. this is not "treatment" this is a crack an go place for minor pains. for me this place is out of the way as i am disabled and can not drive... so to find out i can not cancel my membership over the phone is, ridiculous! they want you to come in to cancel so they can pressure you into keeping your membership. so without even using them im still getting charged once a month when i have no way to get there to cancel... they definitely just want to be paid. read more

Great service and adjustment! I had been to a different location once before, but didnt purchase a package of any sort. I travel a lot and wanted to check locations first. The receptionist here was helpful answering my questions about the packages and prices. I ended up purchasing the monthly package. 4 visits for $69 at any of their locations! My adjustment was great. Dr. Hamilton worked on me and gave me a great stretching/icing suggestion for my troublesome neck. She was super personable and I felt so much better after my adjustment. This place markets itself as a walk in clinic with no hassles which is ironic as I walked in and after completing all of their forms was called back by the dr just to be turned away as I made it clear I wasn't going to be in the area long term and this would only be a one time visit. He then tried to explain as well we don't know your history etc etc, I've been seeing chiropractors for over 20 years they never have all my med records or anything and you can't say your a walk in facility and demand that. Chiropractors were professional and provided good service, but the recurring issues with billing and system errors were disappointing and impacted my overall experience negatively. I had additional days left and when I tried to use them they would not let me, even though they said it was their fault. It was a frustrating experience. read more

I've been receiving chiropractic care for over 15 years and it's pretty difficult to walk away still in pain, feeling more stiff and worse off than when I arrived. Upon arriving the lobby was empty, front desk was empty as well and I waited a bit to be "helped". Dr. Kisha (but people called her Dr. Hamilton?) acknowledged 3 other people in the lobby that had arrived after me, and were staggered in that matter, standing behind me. I was ignored.... Blatantly. Two gals came to the front desk and one had asked who had been helped and hadn't, and I shared I wasn't acknowledged or helped.. and that I had been waiting. I was quickly given an apology, paperwork, and a keycard to use for future visits (spoiler: I won't be back). It was clear she was overcompensating but she was being kind attempting to make up for how rude the doctor was by completely ignoring a potential patient. I was brought back shortly thereafter, assessed and adjusted by the gentleman chiropractor there. He was kind and personable. The table adjustment was painful and didn't provide me relief. It was very impactful, loud and harsh... especially because I'm 29 weeks pregnant, in pain and discomfort as it is. I was not offered a pillow and was told I could lay on my stomach and I had plenty of room. While the gentleman was kind and helpful, I basically paid $19 to have my neck cracked, nerves checked and blood pressure taken. He did take some time to educate me on round ligament pain which I knew plenty about as this is my third child, but that's okay. We were here in Jacksonville short term for business matters for my spouse and I truly needed relief from sleeping on a not so great mattress at our hotel for almost a month and just aches and pains of pregnancy. The joint as a whole seems gimmicky and very much like a corporate/franchise ran tanning salon (they offer packages which I felt pressured to commit to, but didn't) and walk ins only, which I think is kinda a cool concept. All in all, I miss my chiropractor in my home state, I really can't wait to get a proper adjustment. I'm terribly sore and did not get any relief from this visit, and will stick to chiropractic care that approaches the customer kindly and actually adjusts them instead of using a super loud table and minimal adjusting. I signed a contract January 2021 understanding i could cancel after 2 months by filling out the necessary paper work located behind there counter before the next billing cycle. It is now May have been charged 2 full months, I stopped in spoke with them to have them stop auto withdrawals from my account and they said a manager would be in touch. 2 weeks later no refund no manager has reached out. This place seems to be a scam. I went in there for their 29 dollar consult and realignment. After checking in the secretary went back to get the doctor and he came out shortly afterwards. We sat and talked in the waiting room for him to tell me I cannot get realigned unless I commit to twice a week for three months. Why advertise service if you're just going to turn someone away UNLESS they sign up for a treatment schedule. I got referred to another clinic by the doctor and after calling the number the person running that clinic retired and they no longer are in business. They tried turning a $29 realignment in a $696 treatment plan when all I wanted was to crack my back. Seems like a scam. I don't recommend going out of your way for this place because you'll probably just waste your time. Very very disappointed. read more

took my boyfriend here on his birthday, both of us got adjusted by the same doctor. the doctor used the "drop table technique" on me and was in a rush the whole time, when i told him i didn't feel anything in my upper or lower back get adjusted he told me in front of my man that I wasn't supposed to, the only thing I felt get adjusted or he did was our necks. called in about it today bc for the past 3 or 4 days my pinched nerve in my neck has been showing its ass pretty bad and now my scalp is numb, the doctor I spoke to basically said there is nothing they would do unless we wanted to pay again to get seen by the same place that didn't do anything except mess us up the first time.. doctor said "I don't know what you are looking for but I think if your pain was coming from being readjusted it would have started showing a lot sooner" well I can tell you right now it quite literally can't be from anything else & the doc that adjusted us was full of shit. we said that then. read more

If you are having any real back or neck issues I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend not coming here. The lady that does the the adjustments was very thorough and somewhat helpful but the gentleman did not ask me a single question on my first visit nor did he ask if the pressure was ok or anything. He seemingly popped every bone he could and sent me on my way after telling me how much more loose I felt than yesterday when he had never seen me. I left and within 30 minutes of leaving was driving home and my hands arms and feet went tingly and then numb. I spent the rest of my evening into the next morning in the emergency room and i still am not ok. If you are going to see a chiropractor I highly suggest one that does X-rays before hand. I do not wish this pain on anyone let alone the stress and uncertainty, please please just be careful. read more
