Poor bedside manner if you are wearing a mask. No one in there wears a mask but they indeed wear their politics on their sleeve. No regard for the health and safety of clients. This guy sees hundreds of people for the same adjustment in record time, being all up close and personal with clients unmasked. So little to ask for the safety of your clients and sheer ignorance and politics taking the forefront shows where the priorities are with this place. I'm done. Sounded like a great idea....$69 a month for 4 visits....sounded too good to be true -and it was. Not professional at all...everyone gets the same 5 minute adjustment , regardless of your complaint. Sam will tell YOU what to do at home. I thought that's what I was coming here for? They don't except appointments, walk in and wait. My initial visit with Dr. Nick was about two weeks ago when I was borderline tears due to a toe accident that I had back in April. Dr. Nick was very attentive to my aches and pains. I immediately felt a difference in my lower back just after the first session!! (I could barely walk due to my lower back pain and ankle pain from overcompensating my weight.) He was informative and patient with me throughout the session and gave me some good tips and stretch ideas that I could do at home. Dr. Nick and staff are very courteous and professional. Their flexibility in rates and walk-ins are perfect, and signing up as a member has been one of the best decision I've ever made! I'm doing a live review as i just walked out of this location and i'm in utter shocked that this was the worst chiropractic experience i have ever had. I usually go to the other location in Boynton beach and it's been a great experience but somehow today Google stupid Map took me to this location and I'm regretting it. Just an FYI, I strongly believe this profession is meant for males only. Not only that the female chiro didn't do anything much but now feel more broken than when i walked into the clinic, she had zero strength, zero techniques and zero compassion. This breaks my heart cuz now i find myself dizzy and in pain cuz this woman had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I literally wanna cry! I'm trying my best taking care of myself and i feel like today i just hurt myself even more. Please avoid this location and go elsewhere and make sure a male chiro works on you. read more

Impersonal, and very quick. They do not try to make you feel comfortable, or even ask what your concerns are when you arrive. They won't remember who you are even if you are there multiple times in the same week. One size fits all. Spent 20 minutes filling out a packet of information on health history, areas with pain etc for that to be completely disregarded, and just had a standard 5 minute adjustment. This might be okay for someone in severe pain that is desperate for quick and cheap relief that they'll try anything, but not for the average person looking to treat underlying issues. Also, it is a nightmare trying to cancel. You have to go in person, they will not cancel over the phone or online. Your account will continue to be charged regardless. Don't believe them when they say "it's only a two month commitment" and that you won't be charged after that unless you choose to continue. When you ask about that, they say it's stated in the contract, which I should've known better than to believe it without reading the contract word for word. Typical bait and switch subscription company that makes it as inconvenient as possible to cancel. read more

I went to The Joint for the first time last week. I met with Dr. Nick and he was great. Very personable and nice. The support staff was amazing too. I believe her name was Raquel. She was super sweet and professional. She had a great attitude and she was very helpful. What I liked most is that the service was fast and efficient it really helped me feel better fast. I have been looking for a chiropractor who could help me achieve the functionality I want to do my favorite exercise - Zumba. Dr. Sam Levi is excellent. He takes his time to stretch me out and is very capable at adjusting my neck and hips. He practices safety first by stretching out very tight areas. Despite the 5-minute model, I never feel rushed. After moving, we needed to find a new Chiropractor. We tried one after another, but most were too expensive (we don't have insurance). When we discovered The Joint Chiropractic we were really enthusiastic about their cash pricing and "walk-in" style of service (no appointments necessary). There's no "hidden" or "add-on" costs like so many other places: "initial office visit", "orientation charges", "evaluation fee". Nor is there insistance on taking new Xrays (I'd prefer to avoid unnecessary radiation). An initial visit is only $19 to give them a try. A typical insurance plan would cost you more than that just for the co-pay! You can choose from several packages that discount the cost of a Chiropractic adjustment to below $11. If you need an extra adjustment beyond your plan, it's only $12. I've had relief from stomach acid reflux (heartburn) as well as migraine headaches with Chiropractic adjustments for over 30 years. But I've never had such consistent results as I get with Dr. Giuseppe Corinella (one of the owners of this franchise location). He is a phenomenally good Chiropractor, and I don't say that lightly. He has a wider assortment of techniques than I've ever seen, and he gets great results. I always leave feeling much better than I arrived. One more benefit: when you travel, you can use any Joint Chiropractic location in the country (there's already 250+ in 26 states). No need to shop around when your back or neck is killing you from that lousy hotel bed. I've been going to The Joint for the past 2 years, just to maintain my spine, for I am always in a little pain, and have been quite successful maintaining that pain. For the past few days though, I've been extremely uncomfortable and in a lot of pain due to me starting to jog again. I had hip and back pain walking, sitting, standing and laying down. No position gave relief. I finally was able to make it into the office and informed Dr Sam about my predicament. He adjusted, rotated, and stretched my body and eliminated most of my pain.
