Dr. Z and her team are accommodating and very knowledgeable; they also answered any questions that we could have. Dr. Z is super funny and she's an extreme nerd since she knows all the characters on my shirt whenever I'm there. This location is convenient for us as well since Trader Joe's right there and many food location that we wanted to visit. Don't come here and be shy since Dr. Z is super friendly. She normally adjusted us pretty well with hubby having back problem for the longest and we've been to so many chiropractor and she has been the only person he been going to the longest. My back has been getting progressively worse over the course of the last year or two. This last bout left me unable to walk and on the verge of tears from pain for over a week. I finally broke down and decided to come here after reading a few reviews. It's super convenient. In fact, after the first visit and filling out paperwork, I'm in and out in under 10-15 minutes. Everyone is really welcoming and professional, and best of all, my back is starting to feel more normal and I'm able to exercise again. Definitely not a one and done process. I've been coming to this location for years and I love it! I've watched the chiropractor work with kids and she's so gentle and makes them feel easy. I didn't realize I couldn't turn my neck all the way to the left until I started coming here and now I have full range of motion in my neck! I've been going to the Peachtree Pkwy location for almost two months now, and going here has improved my back issues drastically. I only wish that I had been going sooner, because I would have saved myself some pain, but it took a pretty bad back injury to finally take the leap. The staff is very personable, and the prices are very reasonable. I get a tune up once a week, and will continue to do so, because just like a haircut makes you feel good, getting back adjustment periodically will do a lot more for your spinal foundation. Just visited and was denied an adjustment because I had fallen two weeks ago and injured my leg but because I did not go to the emergency room, I was denied. At 68+years old I know my body well enough to know when an ER visit is necessary. By virtue of the fact that I am healing and just needed a minor adjustment to my lower back, which was not injured, I will not be back to this facility. read more

Everybody who works here is very nice and welcoming. But unless your planning to keep coming back multiple times per month its really not worth it. Me and my girlfriend went and the chiropractor was very nice to us and explained to us everything she was helping us with. But when it came to the cracking and twisting, it seemed like a tease for customers to keep coming back because we barely got cracked and we heard them saying the same thing to everyone. "The chiropractor wants to keep seeing you so we suggest paying for this plan". Literally the same thing. (INSURANCE NOT ACCEPTED- must pay out of pocket) read more

Let me start off by saying I love The Joint and have been a proud member since 2015! However this location has been the most rude I've ever experienced since joining. This is my 2nd time visiting this specific location and my absolute last this evening! My very FIRST time I had to visit, months ago, was when my home location in Sandy Springs was closed temporarily and I found out by a sign on the door; so I head here and made it around 12 minutes prior to close. I was not welcomed but "greeted" by front desk & doctor with a comment that instantly made me feel bad for having still had the nerve to walk into their office when they close at 7p, while not even knowing the journey I'd just made and pain I was in to make it there. That was my 1st impression and sad to say the 2nd was no different. This time, diff young lady at front who was polite. However the same doctor was present and she walked right passed me a few moments after I entered taking something to her car, without even saying "Hello" or "I'll be with you in a sec" or when she came back in until I made a comment and yet I was in and out prior to 7p(close time) but guess I ruined getting off early for what do you know...an adjustment. Let me start by saying the staff here is phenomenal. Cheylynn is one of the sweetest people ever. She really makes you feel welcomed and like you're in good hands. And doctor Ziker is truly a miracle worker. I have had constant hip pain for years, and lately my neck has been so stiff recently. I went to several doctors and they all said it was age or I needed to workout more. I tried everything and nothing worked. This place location is in the Forum in Peachtree Corners and it opened up right next to my work. My husband and I went in on Tuesday to see what it was about. First they offer a $29 assessment and adjustment. What a great deal. Dr. Ziker really took her time to get to know us and what we're feeling and what was wrong. They told us about their membership program that is $59 a month for Four adjustments! I believe it's because it's their opening week but we also got an additional three adjustments for our first month for signing up. After the first adjustment I felt better about an hour or two after we left but was slightly sore. Dr Ziker explained that this is totally normal and it takes a few adjustments before things start to really make a difference. I came in tonight for a second adjustment and I feel SO MUCH BETTER. Since I was about 13 my hips and knees have bothered me and I had just grown to accept that this was my life. But here I am right after my second adjustment with absolutely no hip pain for the first time in over ten years! I love this place and I love the staff. I'm so excited to continue treatment here and see the great things consistent chiropractor visits can do for my health and life! I wish I could give them more than five stars. I really do. This is a great place to come in and get an adjustment without making an appointment. Staff are extremely friendly and Dr is very good with good results. I would recommend this to anyone. Membership scam. You have to sign up for two months of membership, minimum. They have you sign a "contract" that you don't get a copy of, the first day of service. Otherwise, if you decide to think about your options before committing to a plan, you will have to pay more next visit. The main issue here is that your membership goes on and charges indefinitely. If you cancel in person, your membership will still charge you. If you cancel via email (which they also instruct you to do), your membership will still charge you. Had to close my credit card acct at the recommendation of my credit card company to prevent further charges. Fraudulent practices. Refer to Better Business Bureau complaints for the company as a whole. The employees are typically sweet and friendly, except when one was snarky and aggressive with me when I requested a refund for the month I should not have been charged for. The chiropractor is very personable and kind. It's unfortunate that this company at its core profits off of misleading and fraudulent/scam-based practices. Go here if you have money to throw into the wind. Otherwise, do not go OR do not sign up for any kind of membership plan. Just go as needed. read more
