And boy am I glad I did! Dr. Pham and company are great people and have definitely taken care of me. The office is very clean and inviting. They are able to see me usually within 5 minutes of walking in the door. As far as the actual reason why I originally went to Happy Spine - I have a job that requires me to awkwardly lift 50-130lb objects for 10 hours a day. Back pain is unavoidable with my job. Everything was handled verbally, which made it impossible to officially cancel my membership despite my clear intent to do so. Their website also provides no information about cancellation policies which only adds to the lack of transparency. Now, months later (4-6 months to be exact), I'm still disputing charges for services I never received. She reviewed the x-ray results and had me come into the office 3 days a week. She told me to stop taking my meds. I was scared at first because the pain was unbearable, but I stop taking them.
