And boy am I glad I did! Dr. Pham and company are great people and have definitely taken care of me. The office is very clean and inviting. They are able to see me usually within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Everything was handled verbally, which made it impossible to officially cancel my membership despite my clear intent to do so. Their website also provides no information about cancellation policies which only adds to the lack of transparency. Now, months later (4-6 months to be exact), I'm still disputing charges for services I never received. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere reputable, preferably accredited by the BBB, and not a business with multiple complaints already filed against them.

It's not your typical "crack your back, twist your neck" chiropractor office. They combine physical therapy and the "Activator" method of chiropractic care.
