Worst chiropractor office ever waited an hour because I've been in pain awhile and finally had time to go! My appointment was at 5:30 I waited until 6:30 then I left because an hour wait is ridiculous and they close at 7, and they gonna say they only had one doctor today but also make a comment to another person that they have a hard time keeping doctors! Went for the first time and had Dr Kim. My husband and I both. Front desk was very friendly. Dr. Kim was sweet and kind and took time to explain in detail what she was doing and hopes and outcome expected. My back was hurt after a massage and in pain. She carefully adjusted and explain everything she was doing. She also, helped relieve pressure on my jaw from TMJ. We purchased the plan for 2 months to be able to come back to see if there would be relief. The pain has eased slightly and my husband pain was 100% gone. Came back 2 days later and Dr. Kim was not there and saw another person. Did feel slightly rushed, did not take time to help me feel quite at ease as chiropractic care is new and being in pain you are uneasy. But, the Chiropractor was still friendly and asked where I wanted to be worked on and explained what they thought was going on and what they were doing and care plan. My husband also saw another Dr. and he was quick and asked how he was and if there was anything in specific needing addressed. Which he did not. Overall. Besides being very quick and feeling slightly rushed , all was well and I am feeling better with each visit. read more

I went to the joint chiropractic for a mid back adjustment, only. The chiropractor took the breath out of me, and hurt me more than helped. He also adjusted my knees and messed them up. I had no knee problems and didn't ask for knee adjustments, so why is he adjusting everyones knees? He adjusted the knees of a young female in front of me, and she gave me a strange look when leaving. He also had me sign paperwork that I wouldn't sue him. read more

I travel fulltime and have been to many Joints all across the country. We love The Joint. But this is by far the worst. From the moment I got on the table Dr Boyle Mackey was rude, dismissive and aggressive. Both in demeanor and his adjustment. I specifically asked for him to not touch or adjust the front of my shoulders as I have an injury. He did so anyway and forcefully. Without my consent! I immediately screamed in pain, cried and my husband had to help me off the table. Dr Boyle Mackey said nothing in response. It took me 5 or so minutes to gather myself from the pain and we left. He never said another single word to me. This was beyond a bad adjustment, this was assault. I'm left with a new injury and bruising. This man should NOT be in practice. read more

I have had multiple back surgeries and a couple on my neck. I went to the Joint in Pace and the doc said he could help elevate some of my pain. Unfortunately he was unable to help and after my second visit he said sorry I can't help and I went on my way... that was over 6 months ago and they are still charging me $69 a month. They had me sign a lot of papers on my first visit and the lady I spoke with said one of them was an authorization for the charge, monthly. Even after the Doctor said he couldn't help me, they continued to help themselves to my money. I asked for a refund once I saw the charges on my card but she said no. Pay attention to what you sign, and pay attention to your credit card statement. read more

Not at all what I thought was gonna happen. I've seen so many videos of super loud popping, pulling your neck out of your socket or going full Winter Soldier on you with your head locked in their arms, this was definitely a friendlier first experience than I ever imagined. They got really good plans for when you wanna go recurring. Doctor Cody was real cool, Holly at the front desk was real nice and helpful. Will be coming back to this chiropractor. read more

OMG!!!! AWESOME Dr.'s!! I had shoulder surgery 20+ years ago and have had pain forever. After just going 2 weeks, I am now pain free and able to move my shoulder. I've always thought massage would help me but I was mistaken. Chiropractor was what my shoulder needed. I'm very very happy my daughter found this place. Complete waste of time. I drove all the way out here, just to get turned away because of what I filled out on my medical history form. They should have you do this online, prior to the appointment, so that you don't have to waste the time in coming here. Also not HIPAA compliant, as papers with patient's names were all over the counter. read more

I love the Joint Chiropractic and the Drs at this location. I try to stick with Dr Dustin when I go, only because he's the first one I saw. All of the Drs that have treated me have been equally good. Each using a different yet similar technique. It's a quick in and out weekly. All 3 of my children and spouse are now regular members with me. The chiropractors here don't seem to be interested in adjusting their techniques to individual needs. We had a chiropractor very forcefully adjust our bodies which injured my husband. He had headaches and pain for a week, then went back in to ask for help and the doctors said they wouldn't touch him without an X-ray. He then went to Modern Chiropractic in Pace and after an easy neck adjustment, his pain was gone. read more

Routine out of state patient that waited 35 minutes for appointment. I asked if there were any issues as I'm from TX and I was told "no". Then when I got up there I was told that I needed to fill out forms again because mine were out of date. My first visit to The Joint Chiropractic was Absolutely amazing! For starters the wellness coordinator Adrianna was so sweet, outgoing and understanding of me making an appointment the same day, and showing up right at the appointment time when I couldn't be there early. I was actually nervous and she made that all melt away. Secondly Dr. Cody was also very understanding of my concerns and even talked to me before I finished my paperwork to make sure that I was at the correct place for my back pain which showed me that he was ready to see me and didn't want me to waste any time if my problem was more severe than he could treat. When the time came for my exam he was very thorough in explaining exactly what he was going to be doing and how I need to position my body all while constantly asking if I was feeling okay or in pain. Not once was I uncomfortable, everyone was very professional. After my adjustment I had some questions I wanted to ask Dr. Cody and he was happy to answer them, he had another patient to see and asked if he could do her adjustments before he answered my list of questions which was no problem at all because she had been waiting for me and I even got to watch him do her adjustments and explain what he was doing some more. Another amazing Dr. here is Dr. Lizmar! She had come over to help answer some of my questions as well with such a positive attitude and demonstrated things I can do to help myself at home while I was there. I Highly recommend Dr. Cody and Dr. Lizmar if you plan to visit! I learned a lot just from my first visit and I can't wait to come back with the treatment plan they set for me. Lastly, environment was very inviting and they all seem to enjoy what they do. I couldn't think of one bad thing to say, I truly appreciated the service I got from everyone. read more

Update from initial post. I have been contacted by the owners for this location. I declined any and all compensation as that is not what this is about to me. Bad employees even if they have a "DR" in front of their name are still bad. I do feel that the ownership for This location genuinely cares about their customers and has far exceeded any expectation to make one of their employees faults, right. I can only recommend my experiences, but they have other doctors that I think will be professional and give a great adjustment. read more
