She called on Monday to cancel the appointment seeing that Saturday and Sunday they were closed. They still took her $75 because they said she could've left a message on the machine on Saturday or Sunday, even though they wouldn't have gotten that message until Monday, same day that she called. Do not go to this place. It's a quack. They do not offer any reasonable or logical solutions to your problems and are in it for obviously just taking the money of hard working and elderly people. I called to speak with the office manager who was rude and didn't listen to anything I had to say and talked over me. All she had to say was is that my mother read the paperwork, signed it and agreed to it. She was very rude and lacking common, customer service skills. The solutions they were offering my mother in office, led to her being injured and now she has to spend money to get herself repaired elsewhere.

I really like that Jacqueline has me sit and update her on my symptoms before we start the massage so she can plan out what she recommends we focus on. I never feel any pressure to schedule more, but she is always open to seeing me as needed. The app is super easy to navigate to self schedule. Payment is easy at the end of the session on an ipad with a credit card, and you can add gratuity there without any pressure. I HIGHLY recommend Jacqueline. I also appreciate so much the exercises that Eric showed me how to do at home and the fact that when I was through with therapy he made sure to show me things I could continue to do. Before finding this practice, I endured four emergency room visits and multiple appointments with my primary care physician, who repeatedly, and incorrectly diagnosed me with hypertension and prescribed medication I didn't need. My blood pressure remained normal at home, and I knew deep down that the root cause of my vertigo was being missed. Desperate for answers, I found an ENT on my own, who recommended vestibular rehabilitation with Dr. Watkins. I'll be honest: the first visit was difficult, and we had to stop early. However, I noticed immediately afterward that my dizziness improved when turning my head on the pillow-a small but significant victory. I was hesitant to return, but encouraged by my husband and my own intuition, I went back for a second session. After just 15 minutes of specialized vestibular physical therapy, my vertigo and dizziness completely disappeared. It felt like I was a new person. No one else was able to provide the correct diagnosis or relief until I walked into Legendary Performance. Dr. Watkins is incredibly caring, professional, and--most importantly--highly knowledgeable.
