Do Not Think to support this business, you get lured into their business by offering you a bone alignment for $30 dollars and once you are there they act very nice and offer you a plan to keep your body aligned and they tell you is that you need to sign up for a 2 month plan that is $169 dollars for the first month and that includes 10 sessions and the second month will be 6 sessions but what THEY DON'T TELL YOU is that this WILL BE a RECURRING CHARGE every single month. I took my wife and we were suckered in they just told my wife to sign to the 2 month agreement, I tried to cancel the agreement and they were VERY RUDE and told me That I couldn't cancel the agreement because my wife had signed and that she would be the only one that was able to cancel. We requested a refund for the 2 months that we were charged AFTER the 2month agreement and the Manager Called my wife and was very Rude and Unprofessional. If you go to this business DO NOT SIGN anything, use their coupon for the one time that you are visiting because that is all you really need, My wife had like 4 sessions and they all were with a different chiropractor and she felt like she was getting worse every time that is why we stopped going before the first month ended, I will be contacting the BBB to report them. This location is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. They completely went back on their word, and the customer service was terrible. A few days before my renewal date, I tried to book a visit, but for some reason, the clinic branches I went to were either closed or at full capacity. As a result, I missed one visit, even though my subscription allows for four visits per month. I called the home branch where I originally signed up and explained what happened, asking if there was any way to get the missed visit back. The person on the phone told me they would give me five visits for the next renewal month. When I used up the four visits and called for the fifth, another person told me there were no notes in the system, so they couldn't give me the extra visit. I asked to speak with a manager, and she told me the manager was always "too busy," but she would call me back once the manager was available. I never got a call. A few weeks later, still within the same renewal month, I called again, and a different person answered. She told me there were no notes in the system and that they usually put a note in right away when they grant such requests. Since no note was made, they couldn't give me the fifth visit. I told her it wasn't my fault the staff member forgot to add the note, but she kept repeating that it was their policy. She also mentioned that the manager had asked all the staff if they remembered the conversation (which was a month ago and pretty sure they take a lot of calls each day), and since no one could recall it, they couldn't honor the extra visit. This was so frustrating. They refused to take responsibility for their mistake, and I felt like I was just being brushed off because of a simple error in their system. The staff member promised me something over the phone but didn't follow through. It shouldn't be my problem, but they made it one. I'm extremely disappointed by the whole experience. I trusted them, and they let me down. I will never go back to this clinic again, and I would strongly recommend others be cautious when dealing with this location. read more

I have been to two locations as of now and I'm open to giving everyone a try, however this locations is MY FAVORITE! Very friendly staff, the receptionist was extremely welcoming and informative on the process for it was my first time. Dr Hernandez (sorry I'm bad with names, hope that's her name) was also very informative i mean i left with more movement and some education on how to make some healthier changes in my posture. I also tried the other Dr (again bad with name sorry) at this location and ooh man she really got the stiffness from my neck, as soon as she was done i was able to move and look in every direction. Today was probably the worst chiropractic experience I have ever had. We walked in at around 1:40pm. We got seen right away by the tall blonde "chiropractor". My adjustment lasted about 15 seconds... no bs. She asked me what was going on, and I said "my back, we'll lower back". she told me to lay face down and without warning just went full force down on my spine 3 times like rapid fire. Nothing like I have ever felt before. No "relax", "take a deep breath", or feeling around where the tension is.. none of that. From that moment I couldn't relax and was tense. So everything she tried to "adjust" after that , she was over-forcing. *btw even tho it's he forced my body to crack, nothing cracked. I just felt like I was being rag-dolled. When she told me to lay face up, I was pretty scared not gonna lie. As soon as she sat down she turned my neck extremely fast and aggressive one way, then again the other way which really really hurt. I was wondering why everyone she was seeing was coming out so fast. When it came to me, she didn't even look at the notes from the other chiro to see if there was any progress or anything. She definitely rushed her work, hurt my neck from being careless and unfortunately we canceled our membership and leaving this review. This is the first time being seeing my this lady today (8/29/2023) l, unfortunately I don't know her name but I came with back pain and left with some severe neck pain and a headache. I definitely would Recommend coming here on a Monday when the other lady is here. She actually cares, explains, and is professional. read more

If I could leave a no star review I would. to start off I got the membership which I didn't enjoy. the appointments were very rushed. I then didn't use my services and canceled my membership months prior. for some reason there is very bad communication within the staff and I was still charged 89 within two separate months of calling and wasting my time. A lady named jade communicated with me that I was lucky I had an opportunity to even get a refund if I sent it back on time. Which ashanti never spoke to me about. The doctor is now refusing to send me the refund for sending the form back on their timeline. They have horrible staff communication and jade is really bad at customer satisfaction. I am appalled by the lack of empathy to get this resolved in a timely and respectable manner. This place just cares about money and the transactional value you add to the office nothing else. I came to this location for back & neck pain the actual Chiropractors I saw were good and helped relieve my discomfort. I did end up getting a memebership for the 6 treatments a month, I went as much as I could because I do work. I went for my last session the last day I was able to use it and they refused to service me. The girl at the front told me it was the last day for me to use my treatment, but I couldn't be seen. She made absolutely no sense! If it was my last day to use it then why wasn't I able to redeem my last visit?? Then, she gave me two free passes to use but on a certain date. So I left the office and she literally called me once I got to my car to tell me Nevermind that I couldn't use the free coupon pass and for me to give them away to someone else. UMMM EXCUSE ME!? That whole experience was very confusing and unprofessional. I didn't pay $180 for games to be played. I'm not pleased at all with the office and how they went about things my very last day I was suppose to receive treatment. read more
