Just finished my 4th session (got the deal for 4). It's great! My body feels good and my back doesn't hurt nearly as much. The place is clean, parking is fine if you go early (like when it opens), and the sessions are done pretty quickly. Dr. Sanchez is nice and easy going. He really cracks me up. Get it? Cracks? Yeeeah. Jenny the receptionist, is nice too - she likes Scruffy so that automatically makes her cool. Can't wait to head back soon. It really does help. read more

Back in December of 2014, I was looking to buy a few gift cards as Christmas gifts for family and friends who were in need of back pain relief. What a perfect gift, right? The gift of health. Can't beat it! I yelped a few places and found Get Aligned. I called and left a message asking prices, hours, location, if they had gift cards available for purchase, etc...A week later, on a Saturday night, I was at a Christmas party when I received a text message at 10:52 p.m. from Kristen that said, "Hello...we do have gift certificates and the introductory offer is $19 and includes and exam and Chiropractic adjustment to the areas the doctor finds necessary. We are closed at the today but I can help with any more questions. ~ Kristine". First of all, Kristine, your message is poorly written. Second, who the hell responds to a potential client via text - Thirdly, ON A SATURDAY NIGHT AT 10:52PM??? My response on Sunday, 12/07/14 at 11:57 a.m., "Did you really respond to my phone call via text at 10:52p.m. on a Saturday night? How unprofessional" Her response, "We apologize. I'm on 24/7 and did not realize the time zone. No excuses, we apologize - Kristine" Time zone?! Apology or no apology, you responded to a potential client who was trying to purchase 10 gift cards for family and friends, VIA TEXT! I completed the paperwork and they got me back in no time which I REALLY appreciate because I was on a tight schedule. I was experiencing some horrible pregnancy related lower back and hip pain. The pain had gotten so bad I would have to call out sick from work because I couldn't even get out of bed. I looked on yelp as I usually do and found "Get Aligned." I gave it a shot since it was less than 5 minutes from my house, I didn't have to have an extensive exam at the initial visit and the package deal was extremely affordable. I've gone for 2 of my 4 visits and each time I leave feeling better than I did when I first arrived. The difference I felt after the first visit was unbelievable. For the first time since about 2 months into my pregnancy I was able to enjoy a day out with my family without feeling the excruciating lower back pain from being on my feet all day. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs an adjustment once in awhile and can't afford to pay $55-80 a visit. read more

Went in for a spinal decompression. The treatment helped a lot! The nurse Clorinda is wonderful! She's caring, and attentive. Loved her! Dr. Gutierrez and Dr. Sanchez were very professional and nice. They both explained everything regarding the treatment. My experiences have always been great, from the moment you walk in to the second you walk out; the receptionist is always smiling and welcoming and doctor Gutierrez is very knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. What I would like is for some "small talk", a little explanation of what is going on, how he finds the disc's that are out of alignment and how it will help the patient once they've been adjusted; so people don't think that he's just doing whatever and not really helping them. read more

Absolutely one of the best experiences I've ever had in terms of an alternative to pain management. I initially came in due to upper back and neck pain. Having a history of lower back problems, I was blessed to find 'Get Aligned' near my office in Pico Rivera. The staff is polite and professional. Jose at the front desk is really friendly and even remembers my name. The office is also nice and clean which is important to me. Both Dr. Gutierrez and Dr. Caldero are the type of doctors that truly listen to their patients. They take time to answer questions or explain symptoms and/or treatments. They also take their time to fully check my whole back and not just simply the problem areas. I never feel rushed as I did at other chiropractic offices. Since my schedule varies every day, I really appreciate their convenient hours and the ability to just walk in without an appointment and not having to wait a long time to be seen. So I liked Dr. Gutierrez as far as quality of chiropractor however when I returned to get an adjustment he told Me that I would no longer be seeing him and that I had to let the new doctor in the office treat me. I told him I wasn't comfortable with that and his response was that this is how they are doing things now. It saddens me as a patient to not feel important enough to keep, and just being passed on to the other doctor. It's just seems like a bad move professionally. Dr Gutierrez and his staff are amazing and they don't just adjust you and send you on your way, they remember you by name and get to know you (both about your reason for being there and as your friend). The price and variety of options available are no competition for other chiropractic locations in So Cal. After a motorcycle accident a few months back I had X-rays on my neck and realized my neck was not aligned, but dramatically to the left as well as slouched forward.
