Dr. Alex is an excellent chiropractor. She had my hips and ribs aligned in no time. Office staff was friendly and helpful.

First time to chiropractor, good visit. Most important thing mandatory 2 month membership on plans. Mentioned in paperwork. Good doctors explain all things being done. First visit only $29, which includes complete spine alignment. Kinda wierd to here things pop into alignment but feels good. Revommemd excercises to keep things good. read more

This is the worst place I have ever visited. They scam you into a two-month commitment without even informing you. The doctor suggests a "health wellness plan" that costs $79 a month for four visits, but they don't tell you that it's $79 per month with a mandatory two-month commitment, which you can only cancel after making the second payment. Additionally, you must go to the location in person to cancel, or else you'll be automatically renewed for another two-month commitment. It's beyond shady--like a used car dealership tactic. I wasted $160 at this place and never even used their services--two months of service at $79 per month that I never received. Make sure you read everything you sign. Don't fall for it like I did. read more

All the Chiropractors at the joint are extremely helpful and through. They always make sure to ask how I am feeling before I am adjusted to see if anything specific is bothering me. All of them have similar yet different techniques so it's nice and refreshing to be able to switch it up from time to time instead of going to the same person for every adjustment. Allow several hours for your appointment - even if you book. The clinic books 3 CLIENT PER APPOINTMENT TIME FOR 1 DOCTOR. I had a confirmed 10am appointment, but was put in a queue behind 1 walk-ins and another person booked at the same time. While waiting a 'member' came in so the doctor STOPPED treating the current patient to go treat the member. After waiting 45 minutes for my 10am appointment I had to leave without ever seeing the doctor. read more

Dr. Troy is amazing! He listens! He understands anatomy on a level that I expect. He is respectful and compassionate about helping you. It did not feel like "assembly line" adjusting like most chiropractors offices do. I am hopeful for relief as I am in acute pain and know that this is a process. I have had chiropractic care all my life and this is the worst place I have ever been to. I went here because my hip felt off after a long trip. I went in to see Catherine Prann and she did my alignment and then checked my feet/legs. She looked at my left leg said it was good but still yanked & adjusted it. And then I was dismissed. It was a couples minutes to 4pm when I left. I had no idea they closed at 4pm. I went to a store near the Joint to shop for some needed items but I knew something was off... I felt worse than when I arrived. I came in with one issue my right side and left with my left leg feeling so odd I was hobbling. I called when I returned into my car (20 mins in the store) to find out they were closed. I left a voicemail about not being able to walk well and was hoping to come in immediately to get recheck and realigned bc it felt so wrong/off. No one called me the next morning. It's still less than 24 hours of my adjustment and I call again and was told I had to pay to see someone. I asked to speak with the manager and found out it's Catherine. Catherine told me she wouldn't see me or adjustment me for free even though I called 20 mins after leaving and called again at noon the next day less than 24 hours of my adjustment. She said that there is no policy in my cases and I should have bought a plan. And I said "so if I came back in the same day 20 mins later I'd be charged again?" she said "i don't know..I guess I would see you and charge you I can't do free adjustments." She literally did a bad adjustment on me and won't correct it and look at it unless I pay again. It's so sad how money hungry she is. Especially when I let her know during consultation I was traveling next week and wouldn't know when id be back. I was going out of country and she was pressuring me to buy a plan- I was asked 4 different times by her during consultation what I would do in regards to adjustment plans offered. I told her 4 different times I would think about it. I just didn't want to begin a plan if I'm going out of country. Also I found out later that all the plans offered to me by her have months of commitment to them, you can't cancel or it freeze it after getting one treatment on them. She offered me these plans and pushing me to get these plans knowing I'm leaving and would be draining my pocket book if I had signed up immediately and not asked questions. I am truly disgusted with my experience here. She doesn't care about ensuring her quality/accuracy of adjustment/treatments... she only cares about selling adjustment money plans at any cost. I would not recommend this place at all. They are not upfront also that those plans can't be canceled for 6 months minimum and another one also had month's commitment before canceling/freezing. My relatives have said "wow you started hobbling since coming out of that place... ". and I still feel out of line. I don't know what chiropractic place I can trust here since I'm not from this area. But this is not a place to trust nor go to. Run away from this location. Also wanted to say I have never with all my years of chiropractic care have EVER left a place worse than when I came in. I have always felt relief and improvement but here I got worse. I am still in pain. I didn't come in with this issue and pain and now I have two extra issues to try to fix that I didn't have before. I seriously wish I could go back in time and never have walked in this place. read more
