Multiple (at least 4 times!!) times they did not show up when scheduled...and they would never contact you to reschedule or let you know what happened...I had to call myself.. 2. Job was not completed properly...the people sent to do the job would not do the job as asked...demanded a waiver be signed in case of damage..fine, but initial estimate consultation was never told this or that there would be any propblems. 3. Job was only partially done..still left with part of the problem I paid them to solve...which they told me they could. No follow up calls or checks to see if there were still issues. 4. Final bills was $1500 over the estimate!! I could have refused to pay I suppose but wanted to get these people out of my life as soon as possible. This is only a small summary but I can easily say this is the worst experience I have ever had with a company in every way. Non existent customer service. Yikes!!

Very poor quality work. Unprofessional. We had to hire a family member to correct Finess' poor quality work. The family member was to be paid by Finess' however they refuse to pay him. They left dents and crackes in our granite and will not take any reponsiblities. I would never recommend these guys or anything that Amir Khoury is involved with. Its buyer be ware when it comes to home renovations.

The folks working on his behalf made numerous mistakes, causing the project to go over time (by multiple weeks) and over budget, to the point we terminated working with them and had to finish the project ourselves (which was more time and more money for us). If Joe had been on site, it may have gone differently, but in the end, it was a very upsetting experience. Looking online, I see only the positive, raving reviews, but the company has been in business for so long that I wonder where the other reviews are...? If your project is unusual at all, shop around.

When I first met with Joe, he was very personable and gave good advice/suggestions! Sometimes, we think we know what we want, but when it gets close to getting done...not so much! Do It All Contracting had reasonable rates/pricing; e.g. another contractor was going to charge $20.00 more per hour for the electrical work.
