    charges, which i think not fair to pay at all. 1 Response from the owner 5 years ago I did explain to Natasha the cost of the move and how we charge. She did say she understood at the time of the booking and the day before her move as well (we always call a day or 2 before the move date and go over all details again). We also go over the invoice and all costs before we start the job as well. We always make sure the customer understands everything before we proceed and if we are told that all is understood, then we assume it is. I did explain everything again and again for about a half hour the next day to her boyfriend and he would not listen. Stephen Cornish Local Guide·211 reviews·150 photos This should be a no star review. I hired The Mover Guys for a small, 1 bdrm move. There was no large furniture to move, aside from a two cushion sofa. No Bed, No TV, No Stereo System, No computer. I was also moving 300 metres to another build just north. I was told it would probably take 1 hour plus 1 hour travel and was quoted $300.00. They showed up late. Took 3.5 hours and charged me over $700.00 They also broke an antique, blaming me and the manufacturer of the piece for the damage. The supervisor, Jesse Toore (please remember this name), showed up and told me that these things happen and there wasn't anything they would do. After showing him that the damage was clearly the movers fault, he suddenly "knew a guy" who could fix it. Keep in mind this is an antique and my grandfather's. I said fixing it through an unknown wasn't what I wanted. Jesse then told me he could ask his boss for a discount on the move, but I had to pay the total amount immediately, and he would get back to me. He then "accidentally" got the math wrong three times and added a credit card fee, despite the fact I wasn't paying by credit card Jesse Toore has no boss, he is the boss and only listed employee of the business. He is the Operations Manager and Principle Owner. It has been over 24 hours, and they are now refusing to do anything. They are not professional. They care very little for their clients or their property. They are incredibly inefficient and will suddenly find reasons to charge you extra fees, they never mentioned during their quote. *Note* After more unpacking, I discovered glassware had been broken, & they even managed to lose some of my clothes! If you shake hands with Jesse, count your fingers afterwards.

    Moving truck on moving day

    Absolutely flawless experience. The mover guys handled my four hour move back in September of this year, and the two gentlemen that showed up were incredibly professional and respectful. Not only did they know exactly what they were doing, but they transported my household items to my new home, without anything being broken or damaged. I was a female, living alone at the time, and I felt respected and safe through the entire process they were incredibly helpful, and the rate that they charge is reasonable and affordable. I would recommend the mover guys to any of my family or friends anytime.

    If I could put a half star or a negative star, I would. This review is 20 days in the making! I got…read morea dishwasher from the Brick on the 8th of January and Trans Global installed it and cost me $895. The guy who "installed" it, noticed that the valve was broken and had the audacity to say that I would have to purchase a valve. I responded that "The valve SHOULD be included on installation." They installed it anyways and "it's working" but wasn't because water was not going through. I called the head office and the same install guy came and "fixed" it by pouring water in the drainage in the washer. The day after I called again stating and told them the same issue. They say they "send someone in on the 21st to fix it." The 21st came and went and NO ONE showed up! I called the next day and they told me that "My appointment is on hold because I can't pay for a valve part and Admins are in talks with the store and will get back to me." And seven days later, that is the last time I heard from them! I am surprised that this company is still in business. Poor customer service, poor service in general! They like to gouge! This was the first and LAST time I'll shop at the Brick as well!!

    Your service was terrible the tec said parts would be ordered, but when I called them I was told…read moretech said dishwasher could not repair. I would have never known this because we were not told this information, from TRAN GLOBLE SERVICE. I had to call another company to get information about a refund which I hope is now being processed by King & county. Terrible service!!!!!!!
