They did contact me as they ran about 20-30 mins later than expected time but I was still thrilled as I called on a Monday late afternoon and my junk was gone by Tuesday morning!! They had three guys I had things packed of unpacking it. I don't know the company name is all my son so be with them. Yeah, two days I gotta be there instead of one, JUNK's idea way better. Anyway, David & Tony were professional, very nice & worked hard & fast getting everything cleaned up for us. They walked us thru after they were done, to be sure there was nothing they missed. The Boss called Ward later to make sure everything was good. Chris showed up on time and loaded the items quickly. He's a personable…read more guy and I'd be giving 5 stars but for one thing. When I presented my credit card, as I had told him I would do when I asked for the service, I was informed that there'd be a surcharge for using a credit card. I disputed his doing that because there was no prior notice. No mention of it in the emails we exchanged, no mention on his website, but he was adamant that he was going to charge the fee ($5), even to offering to take the stuff off his truck and call it square. It was worth the $5 to me to not have to deal with getting someone else to remove the junk, but I'll never do business with him again. Surprise extra costs are a very bad way to do business, but Junk Truck operated that way with me.
