The crew was neat, clean and very careful in removing old furniture out of our house as we prepared for a move. No damage as they took their time carrying items out. Chris showed up on time and loaded the items quickly. He's a personable…read more guy and I'd be giving 5 stars but for one thing. When I presented my credit card, as I had told him I would do when I asked for the service, I was informed that there'd be a surcharge for using a credit card. I disputed his doing that because there was no prior notice. No mention of it in the emails we exchanged, no mention on his website, but he was adamant that he was going to charge the fee ($5), even to offering to take the stuff off his truck and call it square. It was worth the $5 to me to not have to deal with getting someone else to remove the junk, but I'll never do business with him again. Surprise extra costs are a very bad way to do business, but Junk Truck operated that way with me.
