For example there are multi aisles in the store if my 13 yr old daughter is on an aisle alone she will be approached and told no one under the age of 16 is allowed in the store unaccompanied, all awhile I am an aisle away. These comments are made when no behavior even warrants her being approached to begin with. Mistakes are made on credit card processing and no apologies made the attitude is almost like it was the customers fault. The over all tone of the store is that the customer is wrong or out to reek havoc on the store. So bizarre.
