No one called me when the issue occurred and when I went to pick it up it was behind the counter. I don't know how long it had been sitting there, off display. They told me they'd fix it the next time they went to the cleaners, but couldn't tell me when. The stains obviously a lot more set in than if this had been fixed immediately. Thankfully it's only a $60 market value shirt. It's been over two weeks since I spoke to someone I thought would actually help. In the back, there is a large section of clothing for men and women. I was disappointed in the clothing, the quality just wasn't there for the price. I'm not so sure that is the shops fault, I think this is just something that clothing manufacturers are doing these days. It's rather sad.
