Been here a few times for a few different events. Since this is an event space that events themselves can rent out, I'll try to avoid commenting on the actual events. Instead, I want to focus a bit on the staff and space provided at the Kee. I've been surprised by the event staff here every time I've come to an event. Every time I've gone, the bar has been pretty understaffed. Customers will come up asking for water, and bartenders will wave them off, saying "Get water from the free dispenser over there" while the dispenser is empty. Maybe this is a barback issue? The bathrooms start out okay in the beginning of the event, but every event has been out of toilet paper and paper towels by the end. They're looking pretty shabby too. The Kee might consider mid-event janitorial services because women ducking into the men's room to steal toilet paper rolls to hand them off to other women who are sitting in the stalls is probably not the look you're going for. The space itself is cute. Rooms are wide open with ample walking space. The main room (the Kee calls it "The Venue") is huge and echo-y - which is a shame because this appears to be where they put live entertainment and music. We've had a hard time hearing any presenter's words in this room because of the acoustics. The additional rooms are super cute (love the arcade games and unique furniture), but they're only open during events if your event paid for them. The arcade games cost extra money. There are nearby parking lots that'll handle most small-event traffic, but if something huge is going on, you might need to figure out street parking. The hallways/entryways are definitely built for shuttling people through, and they handle entrance lines pretty solidly. (I'm a little confused by the Yelpers reviewing food or drinks here. The Kee is only open for private and public events. It looks like this might have been a restaurant space at one point?) read more

Went here for an event and absolutely loved everything about it: -the space, loved the different layouts, area great for photos, arcade area, area filled with natural light. The bathrooms were awesome (pink sinks, faucets, and hand dryers in the women's room!) -the barista who manned the coffee bar for the event was wonderful. He made a phenomenal dirty cinnamon chai latte -I had a light lunch of whipped honey labneh and I never want yogurt again, just that. Chefs kiss. Another reviewer correctly pointed out that they already add a 20% service charge so do what you want with that info. read more

Beautiful space, great for hosting events. I attended a business conference here. I was really excited about the food as it was Middle Eastern inspired and I lived in Israel for a couple years, but it was greasy, needed salt and didn't have much flavor. 3.5 The highlights were definitely the staff and the theming! Our server was so kind and attentive and the bartender was the same:) Some of the food was pretty good, but items like the hummus were just a tad disappointing. Drinks were expensive but good! Honestly the food was very overpriced and took forever to come out. We got the garden pizza with chicken and the Philly cheese steak. The menu was different Indian / Asian cuisines which is a great idea. But It just wasn't executed well enough. Plus there is a 20% service charge that is automatically added to your bill. Checked out The Kee for the first time. Ordered some appetizers and entrees to share. My favorite would be the Charcuterie Board overall. Love the variety that was chosen. For entrée, I got the Za'atar and Leek Shrimp Scampi. Not a saucy pasta dish, but the flavor come through from the herb and garlic. The shrimp cooked just right and tender as well. The lounge is only one small section of The Kee. It also contain the patio, art gallery, food bar, event venue, café, sport simulator and arcade game. I would need to spend another visit for their café and Sunday Brunch as well read more

This place is huge. It's a cool space with lots of different areas to engage in. The restaurant has a Miami art decco vibe with a very nicely designed and styled bar. Our servers were very attentive and nice. The food was also good. We had the chicken sandwich that had a great flavor. It was slightly spicy, which I enjoyed. The seasoned fries were super good and crunchy. There are areas with games which cost money but other areas with free corn hole. Would be interested to see if it gets more full since it is such a large space. read more

Cool concept. It's like a hipster Pins. Simulators were cool and loved the decor and ping pong tables. Food was okay.. very expensive. The reason for the 2 star rating... service was awful. We had a reserved area for a bday party and didn't have a dedicated server.. which is fine. No problem at all to go up to the bar to order drinks. However, the bar staff were not concerned with customers in the slightest. We stood there for probably 7-8 minutes before ever even being acknowledged. There were like 4 of them back there and not one even glanced at us. If you're busy, you can at least say "I'll be right with you guys". I expect a level of customer service when out.. I have been in the service industry.. so this is the reason I won't be back. Maybe they don't care because your tab already has 20% added into it automatically. Not a good look. read more

I have been to the Kee a few times before, and it is a really fun place to hangout. Today was my First time eating here, and it is a bit underwhelming. I ordered the poutine, which the menu had an interesting take that i personally didn't love. Our party ordered other things off of the menu, and it seems that the hot chicken Sammie was a fan favorite. We had a large party, and the staff handled it very well. Overall, it was fine. I will be back, but probably not to eat. read more

We had really attentive service and the food was so tasty. We also think that the value placed upon a living wage for service workers is so important and underrepresented that we were grateful for the included 20% fee. We had some questions about my husband's food sensitivities and the Head Chef actually came to our table to find the right options for him and assure us that we would be in good hands. New to Columbus and even newer to The Kee Columbus! I don't often have weekends off so I wasn't aware of the space but have been following Not Your Mamas Craft Market on Instagram for awhile now and decided this past weekend was the time to go! Who would've figured there'd be so much to do outside of the market! I got there a little late but still saw all of the vendors before they packed up and I'll say I wish the market was bigger but I was informed by the barista, Sean, that the first weekend of the month the market is substantially bigger than the one this past Sunday! Which means I shall be back next month! He also told me about their happy hour and some insane deals they do on Wednesdays with their wings, where if I'm not mistaken, it's only $1 for each wing you get! He was plenty helpful as no one would blame you if you got confused about the events & going-ons of the space! I got an iced matcha from the cafe area as I walked around with my daughter exploring the art section and the arcade. The front desk representative, Jordan, was also helpful, as The Kee is a MASSIVE place and they had two pretty big events going on at the same time; a brunch with djs and the craft market! The whole vibe of the place was lovely, you could tell there was a lot of thought in the curation of the space with all the different murals, areas and fun furniture! I was hoping to come in tonight for the wing deal but I see they're closed for an event! Regardless, I shall definitely be back! read more

Had some apps and drinks to celebrate a birthday. But there'd be some sticker shock if we were to choose dinner. The food we did get was good. Good place to hang out while drinking, which would make a good happy hour spot. That being said, there was a large amount of staff 1-2 hours before close with just us and a few other small groups, so you'd think it'd take less than 10-15 minutes to grab another canned cocktail especially when it seemed like half the staff walked in pairs everywhere. read more

The Kee is a unique space with a coffee shop art, arcade games, ping pong, restaurant, and cafe. I went in for birthday reservations at for the restaurant dining area. Finding the place is easy but the sign outside is kind of difficult to tell it's "The Kee." Overall my experience there was a 10/10! The servers and everyone who worked there was very nice and helpful with the menu and explained the area and how things worked inside. I didn't even realize until later but they have happy hour every day so our drinks were half off! We ordered a couple cocktails, some apps, and mains. The cocktails we did have were amazing! This place is big with several separate main areas, so The Kee is a lot of things depending on when you go -- bar, restaurant, event space, game room, art display, live music spot, even a club atmosphere. Some areas are well furnished, others strangely stark and cold. I've been several times now and still can't figure out what it wants to be, but maybe that's up to the clientele to make it what they want. There are a LOT of cornhole boards, casual sets near the front and what appears to be league play in the big room. There are three different bars, the one in the big room not always operating. There are free golf simulators, ping pong, giant checkers/chess at the back of the main bar. There are other games that are not free. There is food that is pretty good, but expensive. There are beers and drinks that are pretty good, but expensive. The staff seems nice and welcoming most of the time. Parking is available on the street out front, in a nearby pay lot, or on neighboring streets with the Park CBUS app. One really aggravating thing is that they automatically add a 20% tip to your bill, but unless you're paying really close attention you won't see that they've done it so you tip 20% more on top and end up paying a ton. That's sneaky at best and kinda shitty at worst, IMO. I think it's worth checking out a couple of times, maybe once on weeknights and again on a weekend, but watch your tab or get an unpleasant surprise. read more

As a long time resident of Columbus and someone who loves trying new things, it was a matter of time before I found myself at The Kee. While I have been a few times to The Kee, this was my first time eating and I was blown away by both the food and the service. When I think of The Kee, I always think of the beautiful art exhibit, the enjoyable games, or the fun inflatable furniture (I always said it's the perfect first date spot); however after eating here and experiencing the service I can say The Kee is more than a nice first date spot. Our waitress was Gill and she was incredible. I really love when you can get to know a server, and Gill was incredibly personable and nice. She had great recommendations, and I felt that she really made an effort to make our experience pleasant. I decided on the fried chicken parm which was delicious, and this is coming from a person who does not normally enjoy fried food. Also another thing I appreciate is just the ambiance in The Kee, and after my most recent experience, I am certain the staff contribute toward this experience. read more

Tonight was my first time at The Kee and it was so much fun! My boyfriend and I enjoyed the golf simulator and arcade games to accompany our cocktails (the strawberry drink was the best- my boyfriend liked the smooth operator!) The place is super cute and vibey and the service was excellent, Lexi was our bartender and made our night with great recommendations and delicious cocktails. I wanted to love this place. The menu was very limited and overpriced. They ran out of some of the entrees before 8pm and also ran out of chardonnay. The service was just ok and they automatically add gratuity to your bill, but it isn't announced so some in our group double-tipped. This place has potential, but I don't know that it will get there. read more
