This place is fantastic! I can't really say much more then what everyone else has...but they have…read moreeverything to stay fit all year around. They have multiple fields for soccer, base/soft ball, field hockey and even 3.5 miles of trails to walk or run. There is even in door soccer!!! There is an indoor pool, but I am not sure of its services / hours. A must if you live in the local area. Larges amount of parking.

I only have two regrets about WISC:…read more 1) I wish we discovered it four days earlier on our trip to Williamsburg. 2) I wish we had a place like this close to home. We were looking for batting cages to practice for the upcoming Little League season and boy did we hit the motherlode. Not only does this facility have five outside self-pitch batting cages, but it has at least an equal number of impeccable baseball fields with nice scoreboards, dugouts and bleachers. I would say they are at least AA-level, maybe AAA-level sized fields. There is also four fields that look like they are probably used for A ball. In addition, it looked like there were a similar number of soccer fields plus several basketball courts. All of these were incredibly maintained. And this is just the outdoor facilities. Indoor are more soccer and baseball practice facilities, daycare and fitness facilities. We used the outdoor fields for free. Based on the website, there is no initiation fee and monthly dues are $75 for a family of four. A great bargain. We did not use the indoor facilities, but they looked great and were equally well-maintained.

I'm giving myself time to decompress before I fully share my complete experience with this daycare,…read morebut I wanted to leave this brief note for now. I plan to elaborate in the upcoming month after I've had more time to process everything that happened. My experience was multifaceted, and even thinking about it brings back feelings of anger and regret that I allowed myself and my child to endure what we did there. I agree with this review mentioning issues in the infant room, that was the area where most of my experience occurred. I personally found the environment and interactions there very concerning. In my view, the assistant manager, Ashly, displayed behavior that I felt was rude and unprofessional. I also have a voicemail message from her that I personally found inappropriate and disturbing in tone. When I raised my concerns, I did not receive an apology or acknowledgment that felt sufficient to me. The caregiver in the infant room struck me as unwelcoming toward my baby and others. I am aware that other parents have witnessed similar behaviors. I regret not removing my baby sooner once I noticed the issues, especially since I later found an excellent daycare only a few miles away that treats children with the respect and care every family deserves. I also noticed that some reviews about the assistant manager and staff appeared to have been removed online, which makes me question whether the reviews currently visible reflect the full range of parent experiences. In my opinion, families considering this center should directly speak with former parents who spent time observing the infant room before making a decision. I will be sharing a more detailed reflection soon, as I've been documenting this experience for my own recordkeeping and awareness purposes.
