One has retired from practicing law, and the other is now working with the public defender's office and can no longer accept private clients. I had so much faith in these two individuals that I was worried and in doubt when I realized that I would have to obtain new counsel. However, both spoke so highly of Mr. Moseley, that I was intrigued. I took their advice and gave him a call. It has proved to be one of the better choices that I have made. Within fifteen minutes of our first conversation, I knew this was my guy. Mr. Moseley has since worked on a couple of separate issues for me. Each time he has been pleasant, professional and upfront. He is a man of intellect, simply brilliant, and resourceful. Well versed on multiple areas of law, he seems to know everyone, and has, each time, responded rapidly, and quickly reached a resolution. He explains the law and process thereof, in a way that one understands their own fate, and is not in fear of the unknown. Communication with the client should always be of the upmost priority. Mr. Moseley understands this. Mr. Moseley's fee is reasonable and fair and is charged for the work he has done. I saw no exaggerated cost. He gave me a number, I paid him that amount, and the work was done for that amount. Transparency and disclosure are a huge plus for him as well. Mr. Moseley, in my mind, very easily deserves a seat next to the two attorneys who referred him over to me. The best of the best. I now consider Mr. Moseley my attorney for any future litigation.

They have been together since 1979. So what this means is all of his property, to include the home, legally belonged his children and not his wife. Ain't that something? Little to say the relationship between my grandpa and his children was basically nonexistent. Mr. Stein was able to locate them and send them legal paperwork providing them with the ability to waive their right to his property. The way Mr. Stein explained the process to the children was straightforward to the point. The paperwork was signed and returned so Mr. Stein's office file the paperwork with the courts and all is well that ends well. Mr. Stein's office does a wonderful job, follows through with what they say they will do, has very good communication and charges fair fees.

Initially, Brett told me all of the viable options he felt possible and gave me the option to choose what I wanted to proceed with, keeping in mind the potential consequences and how likely he felt things to play out the way we intended and wanted. He was always very upfront, concise, and easy to understand. Brett was always empathetic with how I felt and how different outcomes might affect my personal life and education/career options. Keeping my interests in mind, Brett managed to return the best possible outcome for me while minimally invading on my personal commitments. While it was difficult to appear in court because I live in New York City, Brett kept things simple and never made me appear personally for his own ease. He was easy to contact because I had two emails and his cell phone number. Additionally, he was always quick to reply to my concerns and questions, even after office hours or on weekends. I NEVER felt as though Brett had exclusive control and management of my options because he informed me at every update he received and really leveled with me as an individual to come up with and decide on challenges together. Because Brett formally worked "on the other side of things" in the courtroom, he knew the ins and outs of what was to be expected from the district attorneys or judges. He knew people personally and they also seemed to think highly of him because they were always friendly in response. This experience was crucial to my case and changed the entire outcome of what I initially thought possible. By working with me instead of "for" me, Brett took my interests and concerns to heart - he recognized how these sorts of situations are detrimental in many ways and it was obvious he cared about me succeeding in life long after my file was finalized. If I were local to the area at all, Brett would definitely be the attorney I retained consistently for any of my criminal law needs. Also, compared to other attorneys offering me "worse" potential outcomes, Brett was super affordable. He made payment quick and easy and was willing to help through consultation and the like before I had submitted payment. Although I paid all at once by credit card, he also offered payment options. Then I get an email yesterday asking if I can change from my normal day and I responded saying I would try to accommodate and I went and moved things around after I got home ready to let them know I could make it work to find I received an email saying they are discontinuing service to me because they can not give what I needed. I have been trying to accommodate this company for months and I even got 4 neighbors wanting to hire them then I received a very unprofessional email no explanation or anything. I had already planned on leaving in a month my old housekeeper is moving back to Pascagoula so I was atleast going to stay with them and give them a two weeks notice I was leaving but I don't get that in return. Horrible and needless to say I have shared my email communication with my neighbors and they have decided to just hire my old housekeeper. So disappointed that I gave this company another chance. The young ladies cleaned well had a few issues but always gave them a good tip it's not the young ladies fault about the office issues. Also I found out the office tax their tips so I tipped them directly because I was never told I couldn't. Update after I requested an explanation I was given an explanation why they just stopped my service. It was much better than the first email that I received. All of the cleaners who have cleaned my house know I'm preparing for a very large party in a few weeks and to be told that the cleaning service cannot handle my cleaning at the last minute after I've already been scheduled for a cleaning is just very unfortunate but I do revise my statement. I WAS LATER given an explanation by the owner. The first person that contacted me was very blunt and did not give me a reason at all, so I requested an explanation and was given one. I would've respected them more if the person that contacted me after I requested an explanation was the first one to contact me because at least she explained why even though I still find it last minute because my cleaning was to be less than a week from now, I can understand if you don't have the staff to accommodate my cleaning schedule anymore. I would have rather that email being completely open about the sudden change than the one I received at first. I hope the company can get things together because I was all for supporting woman, and as a woman I just think after everything I should have just been given a little more notice.
