Little to say the relationship between my grandpa and his children was basically nonexistent. Mr. Stein was able to locate them and send them legal paperwork providing them with the ability to waive their right to his property. The way Mr. Stein explained the process to the children was straightforward to the point. The paperwork was signed and returned so Mr. Stein's office file the paperwork with the courts and all is well that ends well. Mr. Stein's office does a wonderful job, follows through with what they say they will do, has very good communication and charges fair fees.
