We had plenty of time when we arrived but since the waitress was waiting for us to eat my friend's salad as an appetizer before telling the kitchen make our food, the time was burned by the time our food finally arrived. The worst part was they don't do take away in Amsterdam, apparently. I had to admit it smelled divine. I shook the manager's hand and thanked him before I dug in. This is probably the best chicken dish I've ever had. Seriously. It was so perfect. Juicy, perfectly cooked, crispy skin, and flavor throughout. The Pommes friets were perfect too.
