It has CVS , UF Healthcare, Edna's Hospitality, Marsh View Pitch & Putt Golf Course, Everglades Recreation Center, Publix Grocery, Mc Donald's, KB Home & Garden, Dental Care , Foxtail Coffee, & Marco's Pizza. A city where golf carts are the main of transportation around the city. They have their own road and even have a certain allocated underground tunnel to cross the main roads. Magnolia Plaza is the shopping and business center in the city!! I came here to visit a high school friend who resides here after her retirement last 5 years ago !!! When given a chance to live here , it would be nice!!
