It is very consistent across the province. The menu is very extensive and has a lot of Indian favourites. You can get the main filling of meat or vegetables wrapped up in a roti or over rice. On this trip I had the Chicken Korma Roti. I spiced to hot and it was tolerable. The food was made fresh and came out super hot (temperature). There are about 12 different variations of mains to try so I will be back. The only thing that was not perfect was the amount of meat in the roti. I feel like there could have been a few more chunks.
