When shown the tree recently, I was asked to "PROVIDE THE PURCHASE RECEIPT" which I no longer have!!!!!!! I hope this was just the action of one "wrong-headed" employee and not a reflection of Pine Ridge! As mentioned earlier, the Company is, otherwise, ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC!!! I visited the website, went through the process for an online appraisal, and contracted for the service. The listed price was even discounted because I was willing to pre-pay. After completing the purchase for a one-time aeration and feeding, and receiving a confirmation email, I was contacted the following day by Caroline, only to be told that The Green Team "didn't do" one-time services. Frankly, given my confirmation email, I couldn't believe what I was hearing and inquired further about my confirmation email. I was told this must have been a glitch in their system. This was clearly a bait-and-switch, except they reneged on the bait. I MIGHT have contracted with them for additional services in the future, but a company that will go back on an agreed-upon contract is not a company I ever want to do business with again. I'm certain there are better lawn care choices.
