Everyone, from Nathan (project estimator and manager) to Isaiah (worksite supervisor) and his work crew, Jose and Aikeem, has worked diligently to identify and rectify a variety of foundation and crawlspace issues common to houses as old as ours (70+ yrs). Our house, having been built and modified in stages, over the course of all those years, presented some unique and complex challenges. Each member of the team assigned to our project consistently demonstrated the knowledge and skills required to address all of these hurdles. They identified the relevant problems, developed a plan to address them, and completed the project in the time they had allotted to do so. Throughout the process, from assessment and cost estimation, through to the completion of the project, we found every member of our JES team to be extremely hard working and attentive to our input, as well as eager to answer our questions and address particular concerns along the way. In short, the entire team, including support personnel at the regional office (Summer), was a pleasure to work with and turned what could have been an extremely stressful endeavor into a surprisingly pleasurable experience.
