Now that we have used Precision, it will be our choice for any future tree service. They were neatly dressed, and they wore appropriate safety items. The removed a very large oak tree and a very large hickory tree; and, removed dead branches from a third tree. They arrived at 7:00 a.m.; removed the trees and limbs; cleaned up all the debris; blew off the driveway; and, were gone before noon. Fantastic job!!! Our job was going to be approximately 50 yds initially, but due to a miss calculation on their part and his crew demolishing sections that weren't quoted, it wound up being approximately 72 yds. This caused an increase in price. Their work is not as described, and they don't follow their on company mission statement. The crew and Brayan (representative) doesn't respect the home owners property. They treat it like a new build by leaving trash laying in the yard, leaving wood on the front lawn for days, cleaning their equipment in my yard leaving shards of concrete material in my grass instead of the street. Brayan doesn't respect the home owners request, example: I asked them not to leave the rebar from the demo laying in my front yard, to place it in the street. Brayan told me that he would have the trailer there to get it, the trailer never showed. I started moving it to the curb after sitting in my front yard for 3-4 days. Communication is a problem, limited use of English. There are more issues... My pour was about a month ago and the job hasn't been completed. Poor performance in showing as agreed. Poor follow up. Discolored pour. They didn't use anything to cover my brickwork, to limit the splatter from the pour. What I've learned, my advise is not to choose them. Look at their review on Networx.com.

As with the other businesses, they recommended a French drain and they gave us a good price on mowing and removing some overgrown brush Other than a small misunderstanding on scheduling, everything went smoothly. Which reminds me that I need to write another review. But since the fence and deck it damaged were mine, I immediately called my insurance agent. Fast forward to having a recommended deck and fence person that was recommended come out, give a quote, and then ghost, then you have me using the handy dandy Request A Quote feature on Yelp. Fencing Unlimited was the only one to respond and Alex was very quick in all responses. He came out and gave me a quote the very next week on that and another small project I had. He was up front and said it might be a few weeks before he could do it since he had a few other major projects going at the same time. I appreciated his honesty and was happy to wait. The only issue I had is that he went radio silent for more than a few weeks. But like I said, he was busy and I get that. So after a quick phone call, he said he would have people out the very next week. Which he did. They did amazing work. They even went above and beyond and fix some of our loose spindles even though I didn't ask. When he came to check on the work (which a recent contractor never did), he apologized for the delay. I was very pleased with the work they did and all my interactions with Alex. Note that they do far more than decks and fences and if I do any other house renovations, I will definitely give them a call.
