I was trying to have my file moved to a more convenient office for me and to avoid any further conflict with James, only to be harassed a week later for filing a complaint against him. Jerry has yet to call me back and my file has yet to be transferred. The customer service, specifically by James, is terrible. He was condescending, verbally abusive and rude on the phone to us multiple times. We have been with this company for about 10 years and it was always great until having to work with James from the Swartz Creek office. He has no respect for his customers or good customer service. They treat their employees and customers horribly. I would not recommend using this business for your insurance needs, you can get just as good value at another insurance company.

Whenever we have to change it, they've been patient with all my questions. There are only 4 or 5 people in the office. Maybe the other reviewer, got them on a Friday. Pretty good accountant with reasonable rates…read more While I don't particularly love the location- the office is in the funky Grand Mall in Grand Blanc- the important things here with an accountant are competency, trustworthiness and decent rates. I'm pleased (so far) with his services. He's done a good job on our taxes now for two years straight after I found him through a recommendation after I bailed on my longtime CPA in Flushing because they fouled up a tax return. Mr. Kubik managed to undo the damage done by my former CPA, and didn't charge me more for the snafu. While the cost of different tax returns will vary, our taxes cost about $150- not too bad.
