The mechanic called the adjuster to explain to him what happened and The adjuster DENIED it again. Even the Machanic was frustrated. I called the supervisor and talk to him, and he told me that my son must be lying, but he would review it again. They reviewed it again and now they are saying it's mechanical failure. DENIED. These are NOT good people you can pay your premiums but they will not do the right thing and help you when you need it most.
